AT&T Store

The rep at the Cascade Station store was available almost immediately. He assessed the damage to the screen protector quickly and told me the cost to replace it - still under warranty, so minimal. He replaced it quickly and expertly, and was friendly at all times.

We walked in and within seconds we were greeted and told it would be just a few minutes wait. Within just a couple of minutes of that, we had an associate helping us. He talked us through our current bill. And how the prices would change with the 2 upgrades and a smartwatch.
About an hour later, we had new phones wifi and a smartwatch. Great customer service from everyone in the store. At one point we were the only family in there and the employees played cornhole and kicked a ball around with our 5 year old daughter. They made us feel welcomed and not like a burden being there.

Luke our sales associate worked really well with us and offered ways to get us better deals on our account that has 5 phones. He was very kind, patient and explained all the various options to us in a way that we could easily comprehend.
The store was in shambles, but that was because they were undergoing renovations. Because if this, there were no show displays to see the products. Not a big deal because we're upgrading.
Luke has all the skills of a fantastic sale associate and customer relations, which is no longer commonly seen any more in sales. Thank you

Wow...this is the BEST At&t store. The friendly, fun environment is what you first notice when you walk in. The employees are knowledgeable, honest, and time efficient so you don't wait long for help! I cracked my screen and went in expecting the usual sales garbage that I received at another store, but my experience here was completely different! Nadil helped me...I can't thank him enough for all he did. I got a new phone, great deal and left feeling good about my purchase. Alex helped me set up the phone with patience and knew exactly what to do to get me started! Juan, the store manager, was there and was super helpful as well. This store is EXACTLY what customer service is all about. This team is the best at working together and taking care of their customers. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who has a cell phone. If you're w another carrier...switch now. Lol At&t has amazing offers even for people like me who are current customers!

I went to the Cascade AT&T location because I needed to get a new iPad for school. I really didn’t know what kind of iPad I needed or the accessories and felt a bot overwhelmed trying to figure that out. The store manager, Jose, helped make this big purchase so easy! We answered all my questions (and I had a ton), showed me his own iPad and accessories as the store did not have any in stock, and walked me through every step of the buying process. Jose’s customer service exceeded all expectations and I ended up going back a couple weeks later to add iPods to my new iPad set up. I would highly recommend this store if you want to get honest, accurate, great help with AT&T service and related products. Thanks for your help Jose!!

I just came from the Cascade Station location and let me tell you just how amazing Dawson was. Damn! This guy was sweet, knowlegable, kind, and professional. He was able to quickly get my phone working (it kept dropping calls) and also let me know of a much better phone plan for me. What a great guy and fantastic employee. I hope his supervisors see this and thank him for a job very well done.

Went in to order my new phone. The wrong phone was ordered and they were very friendly about the whole thing. They were happy to resolve the issue and even though the store was busy and had people waiting, it didn’t feel rushed at all. While in there I noticed every time the phone rang someone would answer it. Overall, a great experience, well worth the drive.

Jose rocks at Cascade station...came in with issue no one else could fix....well Jise did fix it and I am very happy...he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive...he is my new Rock star!!!@

Went in to trade in a phone. Luke was the one who helped me. Honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received. He was fast and efficient at making what is normally a painfully long experience, not feel like that at all. After visiting other AT&T stores I will be sure to come here for all my needs. If you are wondering what store to go to, this is the one. Ask for Luke and you won't be sorry!!

This store has the best service I have ever received at an AT&T store. Excellent customer service and the customer service rep. Luke was so helpful, he & the manager helped me get a better deal on my service plan to save me money. I will definitely be back to this store the next time I am looking for a new phone.

The staff helped us both with phones, watches, and and additional iPhone products. They were very knowledgeable about their products…. We enjoyed our service and was happy when we left as well as all our issues and concerns were complicated.

Devin, Jose, Luke and all the other employees who helped us deserve even more than 5 stars! We are an older couple needing an upgrade to service that we could actually use in our home office. We had been treated rudely by our current carrier, had NO service in our office and needed a change. We walked into AT&T where Devin explained our options, checked service for our home office and enrolled us in a plan we could afford. The crew trained us on our new phones and even helped with products we purchased elsewhere. This whole store has absolutely the best customer service. And the best result is the outstanding NO DROPPED CALL SERVICE in our office. Switch now.

Like rotary dial phones, a thing of the past. I am happy to say that each of my experiences at the Cascade Station AT&T store near the Portland Int Aiport has been absolutely phenomenal. Quick friendly service. No push or pressuring of services. And so very helpful with each of my needs or curiosities. They deserve 100 stars.

The Cascade store was by far the best and complete experience for us to have someone knowledgeable about AT&T phones, and explaining things to us about different phones we were comparing, he was very professional and polite, which is very rare in today's society. We will definitely recommend this store to friends and family members. This will be our go to store from here on out.

All staff present at the AT&T Cascades location was kind, greeted us, and Asst. Manager: Dawson spent quality kind time (and not make us feel rushed), with us all, and in the process, we purchased four new galaxy S23 Ultra phones/cases, screen protectors, and two galaxy 5 watches last night (7/17), at AT&T Cascades location.

I was helped by Hose(Jose?) the overall experience was wonderful especially because they were patient and answered all my questions, they were very clear about what we were actually paying for and what would we get benefits out of, they even went out of their way to inform us when we had certain settings on our account, that were limiting our bandwidth, which they were not obligated to do, there was only one slight mishap, and they did everything they could to do fix it. More than helpful. 15/10
