I went twice here for Pokemon Cards. Both times, the store was clean, organized and the staff were EXTREMELY patient and helpful. I say patient because it was my 1st time buying cards since the 90's AND specific card packs were on sale. They were also very friendly. They were also fulfullung specific orders to accommodate nearby gamestop stores just because a customer didnt want to drive to them. Honestly a 5 star team. My 2nd visit, I walked out with Pokemon Cards, a new Gamestop Bag, and an Ironman Infinity Gauntlet to display at home. Nothing really wrong with gamestops ive visited, just be more like these guys!

Went in to exchange my son's switch with warranty, had no issues it was fast and easy. Stephanie was great she answered a couple questions I had. Super helpful. Great customer service. Thank you Stephanie for being awesome.

Go to this place quite frequently as a pro member in Pleasanton. I love GME ever since becoming a console/PS5 fan (was a PC only gammer). Love this place due to friendly staffs and relatively large store size. Keep up the good work!

I've been here a few times, busy and slow foot traffic. I have had exceptional service every time I go in. They are always trying their best to be helpful and courteous. In a world of online stores, this one keeps me coming in to shop

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They weren't pushy when it came to trying to get me to renew my subscription either. Not the best gamestop I've been to in terms of selection but it's also not that big considering the location, so the selection of stuff was all in all satisfactory with that taken into consideration.

Great and informed staff. Small sized store but big sized hearts. They make sure you leave satisfied, and with what you need to maximize your gaming. Even if you didn't consider it all when you went in.

Stephanie is a very nice lady i came in here for a funko pop but they didnt have it here or around but she showed me one that was gonna be releasing soon so i pre-ordered it. would come back here if she were there to help

Very pleasant experience. I came in to purchase a video game and was greeted by a very courteous employee who not only handled my transaction but genuinely got me excited about my purchase. Not many places have people like that. This place is TOP NOTCH.

I have not visited this GameStop location but I called them regarding a PS5 release last week. Ethan was the most helpful sales associate I have spoken with at any GameStop in the Bay Area. He provided in full detail the PS5 release for a completely different location and went above and beyond providing me a list of near by GameStops with Xbox Series X available. Thank you Ethan - I hope GameStop gives you a raise!

Nice staff. Did a trade in of old Nintendo 3ds games. Didn't get much for them. But wasn't using them so better than nothing.

I really like this GameStop. Its in a good location and has a good variety. Every-time I go in I'm greeted right away and asked if I need help. If your a Funko hunter, a majority of the POP's are in great condition and a somewhat good selection. They also have some cool collectables and of course lots of games. Your not pressured by the staff to buy this and that like some other locations. Overall I come for the POP's and collectables and will continue to do so.

Always good staff here. No pressure sales and they do their best to get you through the line wicked.
