This review begins with terrible customer service in Orange Beach Alabama and ends with great customer service on Hwy K in Ofallon Mo. While at the beach my phone stopped charging. I went in for help in Orange Beach. All I got was a salesperson who only tried to sell me a new phone. Six times she said I needed a new phone. I also watched her try to upsale an older man a $150 pair of earbuds when all his wife needed was a pair to listen to music on the beach. I came back to Hwy K and thank goodness I talked to Samantha. She used her trusty tool and cleaned out the port. The phone again charged. A coworker of hers asked whether she tried to make a sale. No, she did not that day. What she did was to ensure that both my wife and I will continue to come back to this store when we need new phones. It is nice when someone actually provides good customer service. Thanks Samantha.

Could not emphasize how impressed I am with Verizon and this store. Labor Day weekend on Sunday my phone breaks, I go online, sign up for Verizon service, pick out a new iPhone and even register to have my phone number imported from AT&T. Was sent a text message within an hour that my phone was ready for pickup, outside the store in the convenient lockers they have. I picked up my phone at 945 am, before the store is even open from the locker and it’s not only already activated, but my phone number had been switched over as well. The entire process started at 815 am on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend and I had the new phone in my hand making calls before 10 am. Outstanding. Customer for life

Great experience. Nia was so helpful in helping me get my new phone and changing my plan. I would recommend her to anyone. Very personable. I went in during busy hours so I had a 30 minute wait, but besides that everything was perfect. They even moved over all my data for me without any issues.

Love this place. Thinking about looking for a phone here so I can start my own plan with my own data. They have the best Galaxy and apple phones there. It will be the first time ever if I buy my own cell phone with my own plan

I went in a couple weeks ago with the desire just to get home internet. I ended up walking out with a free phone and watch also. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Verizon, specifically this store. If you're looking to switch phone carriers or get wireless home internet

DeHarra is THE BEST! She helped me set up my account when other verizon stores were not able to do the bare minimum. She answered all of my questions and was very very patient with me. She was awesome!!!

My two daughters and I went in on Monday morning December the 26th as soon as they opened... It was crazy busy in there. Jon was the guy who was unlucky enough to wait on us. I say that because ours was purely a support visit. No opportunity for a sale just helping us setup what we had already bought online.
He was the consummate professional, even though our request (activating 2 new phones and then reactivating one of the old ones on a an existing line) was a bit challenging. He was personable, very knowledgeable, and patient as we explained what we needed.

Don is the man. Super professional and made the process very easy. I was dreading going in to switch phone because it’s usually a nightmare but Don got us in and out quick.

We have been in to this Verizon store at least 6 times in the last couple of months, mostly related to the Note 7 recalls. Long story short, it has been quite a mess from my side of things with regards to refunds and such. I was nearly at the end of my rope when I went in today (11/14). I worked with Chris and he was so kind and so patient and got everything taken care of with Verizon Corporate. Love this store, really like the customer service and the representatives. Thank you!!

We get excellent service here. It will cost quite a bit though. Ask for Jeff if he is available. He really explains things well and finds the best deal for you without pressuring you to buy accessories.

Went to this store to buy my 65 year-old Aunt her first smartphone. She is disabled and as soon as we got out of the car, one of the employees opened the door for her and helped her in the store. Then, Jon helped us pick out a simple pre-paid plan that suited her needs. They didn't try to sell her any more than she needed. He kept the explanation of the phone operations simple and she left extremely satisfied with her purchase. He told her if she had any questions to come back in and they would be happy to help her. I cannot thank them enough for making her phone purchase easy and painless. They made my life so much easier than I expected that day!

Very friendly, answered every possible question we had. Love our new phones and the unlimited plan. It seemed expensive at first, but when you understand exactly how many gigabytes you get per line and then it's not shared, it doesn't take a genius to figure out this is the best deal in town. I'm sure everyone can hear me now. Go big or go home!

I am very thankful for the customer service I have received at this Verizon location. Ryan was the first rep to help me with my issue and stuck with me through the entire process. Ron the general manager over heard my issue and helped problem solve until the issue was complete. My issue was mostly with Apple so it wasn’t even completely a Verizon issue and the Verizon staff took time out of their to help me when no one else would. Thanks Ron and Ryan! You made my day.

Love this store had SIM card issues had to be at work in 10 min when I got there got a new sim no problem and made it to work on time
