AT&T Store

I went to the Att store to get screen protectors and cases for two new phones, the service was excellent. We were greeted when we walked in and it only took about 5 minutes to get what we needed. Associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I thanked him for a great experience.

Alex is great, he was really patient. I spent good 2 hours or so, bc my phone wasn't able to transfer all the info to my new one. Great customer service!

Customer service attendant was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Was able to help me in no time flat. Sadly I don't remember his name. (Sorry).

We went in to the location to check on our service and billing. Alex greeted us immediately. He was very responsive in answering our questions. With his help we ended up upgrading to a new iPhone and purchased two Apple watches. Alex’s service was outstanding. He is a credit to the ATT organization.

OMG! This was the best experiences that I’ve had with AT&T. Ozzie took his time to explain to me the phones as I needed a new one. I had three and he was able explain the different specs of each phone. Also, if you want a great experience I recommend this location and any other ‘corporate’ store.

Ulises was wonderful helping me with my inquiries. He didn't not hesitate to give me additional information on what services I needed. I hope to come back for my business plan soon sometime next week. Great customer service at this location!

Can you say OMG! The whole the city of humble together with service. I am disappointed in the treatment given to any store around humble to their customers and this AT&T changed that. Happy to help and also goes over whole account to make sure you're being treated fair. One thing I noticed about Dayna Carreon, she talks to you like family and not like some random customer. Thank you for that and because of this location hands down I believe in AT&T. Thank you 🙏🏾 . Even if you live out of area I recommend using the gas to get to this AT&T. They will make you excited about the service you obtain. Again.... wow!!! Just amazing! And NO they didn't ask me to write this, I wrote this on my own merit. Well deserved.... made my day actually.

I'm pleased to say that I came in with little doubts in getting good help. But I'm glad to say I was treated with the out most respect by one of uour employees his name is. Alexis Aguilar. Very professional and polite took care of my problem fast. You should have more people like him. Thank you.

So about a month ago I was helped by Randy and Richie, who took great care of me! I came to get me and my girl a new phone and they made the process fast, easy and painless. I called a couple weeks ago to talk about billing, I got Randy who made sure to explain everything perfectly and made sure to say if I had anymore questions please feel free to call. Probably the best phone store service I have ever gotten from those two! Highly recommend to go see those guys, I promise they will hook you up and make it a simple process!

This location is right next to my business and not my usual go to store but both times I have come in, they have gotten to me right away and been very helpful. I usually do not feel the need to leave reviews, good or bad, but felt like this location needed a review since I usually dread stopping into a phone store for any issue or matter. We have a business account and it can be a pain to work with at times for both sides but Ricardo was so nice, professional, and helpful! I will continue coming back here.

Very satisfied with my At&t visit yesterday because the young lady not only fixed my daughter's sim card issue, she also took the time to sell me a solid phone case to protect her phone plus a screen saver to protect her glass & insisted on installing it for us to ensure the correct installation. Thank you for all your help!

We only visited this store for 2 prepaid SIM cards as we’re from the UK. We was served by Jennifer who gave us really good customer service. She was so polite & explained everything to us so clearly & got things done efficiently. All the staff members seemed so polite & willing to help.

Great store, they give you the best options base on your budget. It was great choice to go with AT&T

Out of all my years of customer service experience with AT&T I must say my experience in working with Sheila Zavala and her sales associate by far was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had! She went out of her way to assist me on several issues that I had been trying to resolve, on line, for over a week. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and it is apparant she clearly understands customer service is the KEY DIFFERENTIATOR! I hope AT&T recognizes the value they have in her as I believe she is capable of doing great things for AT&T. Great job Sheila!!!

Alexis helped me with my purchase and provided me information on existing upgrades and specials. Krystal the manager showed me how to take care of any additional things that I might've forgotten while in the store through the ATT online portal. Overall very fast and great service.

I meant to write this review a while back. I came in for a new line bc I couldn't stand my service with my other carrier.. Randy &Ulisees did a wonderful job helping me with what' I needed. Very nice service, very clean location
