I was passing through here on a long road trip from TX to GA- stopped for new windshield wipers, both ladies were so incredibly friendly and helpful, upbeat, smiling. They helped me find a few items and install the new wipers. It was an unexpected stop adding time to the long trip-was traveling solo too, so it's just so nice when a quick stop at an auto part store is surprisingly such a nice experience, a little morale boost for the day and journey ahead. I don't recall their names, but both ladies were superb, thank you!!

Matt at Advance Auto Parts help me get the correct parts for my two rides and help me load up my car with Advance Auto Parts awesome price! Time to change my oil and upgrade my ride!

The employees at this establishment were fantastic. Very helpful and knew how to do the task. Can't say enough about customer service they were all "THUMBS UP"! Had a wonderful experience spending my money didn't bother me at all with service that was provided. All businesses should have this type of employee.

I came in with a simple question about my headlights and both of the ladies that were working were so helpful! They also came outside and looked at my car to insure I was purchasing the correct parts. Great customer service and I’ll definitely shop here again.

This store is awesome! I only shop here if I need anything for my vehicles! The staff here is very knowledgeable and always greet you at the door with a great attitude! The customer service is top-notch! The store is always clean! I have to say this store is probably more reliable than some car manufacturers!

Your associate Larry is by far the most helpful person I've come across in customer service. He's helped me change multiple batteries in my car, finding the bolts for license plate etc. This is the only place I go too if I need something for our cars!

This is my go to auto parts store. Everyone is works here is usually nice and helpful and most of the time they have everything I need.

At Advance Auto Denham Springs today getting battery and alternator checked. Soto helped us and if all places had people like him, the world would be a nicer place. He is so nice!! He checked battery. Needed replacement. Checked alternator. It was fine. He even asked questions about what car problem we are having. Sold us our battery and put it in. Very knowledgeable and helpful and kind and opened the door for us. Spoke well and polite! He definitely deserves a shout out!! Thank you Soto! We will be back! Hang on to this gem of a guy!

We needed a new battery for our truck. The worker at Advance Auto Parts quickly determined the problem and installed a new battery very quickly. Also, it was a very hot day, and he brought us bottles of water and popsicles to enjoy while he installed the battery.
