Ethan is always such a big help! He's almost always in the store when I go in and my issues always get handled quickly and with a positive attitude. He's great with customers and makes conversation that help the process feel less of a hassel and more like a human interaction! In my most humble opinion, Ethan is a wonderful worker. Overall going in store is always a smooth trip with the help of all the wonderful workers.

Today I walked into cricket and I was pleased with the friendly faces and customer service!
I came in the store with so many questions and she answered all of them. I would recommend the denham spring location they they are so helpful. They transfered my information from old to new phone.
I spent about 10-15 mins max (and I have a lot of pictures that I wanted to keep)
