Im currently in line here and every single person has loudly complained about the line length. Stunningly rude to employees killing themselves to get you out the door as quickly as possible with what you need.

Quick line movement, outstanding service, I come here often and never have an issue with the wait or service. These guys and gals kill it. It isn't the staffs fault there are this many customers in line kids. Grow up. It's people like you returning amazon purchases.

We lost so much with Ida, putting so much back together can be daunting. The staff, professional, courteous, and competent, has truly been a respite for us. Our printer, our file storage, data recovery, and our panic button. We are still Ida refugees, things are getting better, UPS has been a large part of that, thank you.

Zoe and Peyton were awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure the Easter basket made it to our little niece. They stayed after closing time to make sure we got what we needed. Amazing customer service! Thank you again Zoe!

I have used all of the UPS stores within reasonable driving distance. After using the UPS Store in Denham Springs, I’ll never go anywhere but there!
The store is clean, the employees are friendly and appreciate your business. They are fast and help any way they can. I don’t just go there because I’m in-out quickly, I enjoy the way I’m treated. I wish all businesses would visit this UPS Store and simply: DO WHAT THEY DO!
Just for information, I pass 3 different places to ship with UPS on my way to the Denham Springs UPS Store. Give them a try. You will see what I’m talking about!

They were busy but still took the time needed helping each customer with a smile.

Although this specific location is usually pretty busy, oftentimes enough for a newcomer to simply turn and walk away, the staff here are incredibly efficient and friendly... A line out the door might mean a 5 minute wait on a bad day... The environment created by the employees at this location has set the bar for UPS Store locations...

The lady who runs this store is a straight up boss. I always ship my stuff here and another ups store lost the items inside and claimed it was me. But this lady pulled up video evidence and got me all squared away. They are always so busy but will handle the line super fast. 5/5.

I dropped off some delicate ceramic figurines to be mailed. Chloe was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job packing the items. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with the service provided by this location.

Always fast, friendly service. They are professional & show great care in their customers. I'm actually very surprised about some of the negative comments. Although I'm not saying their critique of this business is disingenuous, my personal experience has been superb! Many of the negative reviews have NOTHING to do with this independently operated business (independent of UPS). Just because it shows the UPS name/insignia on the building, doesn't mean the UPS Corporation owns it. This store has ZERO control over the UPS operation once it leaves their store. And additionally, they have ZERO control when drivers can not or will not delivery it to your business/home but deliver it to this store instead. Think of them as a personal mailbox for UPS. Just as the USPS doesn't "own" your home mailbox, neither does UPS own these independent UPS Stores. Do you blame your mailbox for delivery or shipping misfortunes? No... blame the people responsible in the shipping/delivery operation once it leaves the "mailbox".

Excellent store! They will go out of their way to help you get your package shipped and packed quickly and professionally! Splendid, Chloe and Haley are all awesome to work with!

Professional and courteous employees who stay on their toes to assist the usually long line of customers.

Excellent job of getting me and other patrons needs resolved promptly.
During COVID lock-down I emailed them about a missing return-to-amazon package I believed I dropped off. Their team did an AMAZING job in spite of working remotely of tracking down my package. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of responsiveness and detail in trying to locate it.

In retrospect, the package was never dropped at the store, but the stores actions to track it down were excellent. Thanks!

I love this UPS Store the staff is always fast, friendly and helpful. Today, Morgan had me in and out within 5 minutes with three packages.

Yes, he was just doing his job.
However, Watson helped me unload the million packages out of my filled to the brim car, let me use the store's dolly, scanned/weighed each package quickly and efficiently, and most importantly to me was extremely nice and seemed to enjoy the temporary pain and suffering I put him through.

I was stressed getting Christmas gifts ready for shipping out of State. It only took a total of 5 minutes, max. All shipped, paid and ready for delivery during the Christmas rush? Excellent!

Great customer service. I feel like this deserves a 5 star review because all of the smiles and joy that they give their customers.

The staff here are wonderful! I have a mailbox with them, use them to ship packages, and even print notes and flyers sometimes. I've always gotten great service & would recommend them to anyone!

Always have their stuff together far more than the person in front of you.

Super friendly and quick workers. I am never in this part of town, but this staff makes it worth the trip.
