This ACE Hardware store is AWESOME!!! The store manager is the nicest person you will ever meet! Not only did she help save a very important business event that we needed materials for, she went out of her way to accommodate us when something was out of stock. On a separate visit, one of the employees walked all around the store with me for 30 minutes helping me find the right supplies for my time sensitive projects. I can't say enough positive things about the staff at this Ace Hardware! People really shouldn't leave low star reviews when businesses are out of stock on certain items. Supply chain issues are still impacting the entire world and for customers to leave bad or low star reviews for something that is out of a business's control is thoughtless. Don't listen to negative reviews. Visit this store and if you don't find what you need, speak to the thoughtful store manager for assistance. Have a blessed Day - Life is too short to be negative!

Good local Hardware store. They don't have the space of the big box places so I usually call ahead to see if they have what I need in stock.

I found everything I needed for my travel trailer plumbing repair and some antenna cable but ofcourse they have lots of other things. Quiet, clean and friendly people!

When they say "Ace is the Place", this Ace is legitimately the place!! When I went in, I had no clue how to even begin picking a paint type. I knew basically what color I was looking for and style, then they helped with the rest! I couldn't have been more thankful. They helped me get everything I needed to paint the furniture I was redoing and all the things I didn't even know I needed. They had cute little knobs for the drawers when I just planned to use the old rusty ones! They even had the CUTEST home decor. I snagged a couple of those pieces to complete the look I was going for. It was the best one stop shop. Thanks so much Ace!

Best place to shop for All of your hardware needs. I love this place. Every time I've been there everyone is so helpful and makes sure you get what you came in for. They have so many different items and the decor items are so cute. The owner has ladies nights for the locals and has it catered from Calhouns. They give you a goodie bag when you come in the door with items in it that are wonderful, and then they have drawings for door prizes the entire time your there. It's so much fun to shop and socialize with everyone. Thank you Ace Harware of Gatlinburg for all you do for us here in Gatlinburg.
