Really friendly staffs, and our drinks/food were perfect. Inside was pretty. Only issue we had was there was a wasp in the store lol. Otherwise really lovely location.

Great atmosphere! Got here early in the morning after dropping friends off at the airport. Good service early in the morning. Got myself a cheddar, sausage & cheese biscuit and a Grande Veranda Roast. Excellent!!

best starbucks in rochester, will definitely drive extra to go to this specific location. best baristas & store manager always friendly & speedy service!

Edit: 2 years later and this is still the best one. I drive across town just to go to this Starbucks because they always make my drink just right! The baristas here are great!

Best Starbucks in town. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks are always quick and correct. The hours posted are actually the hours open, which is arguably my favorite part (looking at you, StarBs on N Broadway).

Truly a 10 star experience, these employees are beyond amazing! So friendly. they made great small talk, they definitely seemed to enjoy their jobs very much! Honestly the best drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I wish I would’ve asked for names. A few employees here really deserve a raise!

My father in law and I were just stopping for a quick rest and the service was very fast. We were very pleased. I would definitely stop again. The layout for the drive thru is not conventional but it isn't difficult either. Courteous and friendly staff. Clean facility.

I consider this to be "my" Starbucks, the one that I patronize most frequently. The reason that I rate them a "5" is that the people are great, and make an effort to get to know you. They've had some issues during the pandemic, including some forced closures, but if you have the app, you can check that ahead of time.

The people are wonderful, they get my order right, and they work very hard to make customers happy and keep things moving.

I entered this Starbucks mid morning on a Sunday. The drive through line was long. I was greeted with a kind “We’ll be with you shortly; it might be a bit of a wait for your order.” I sat back and watched the baristas at work. Two worked quickly, but then there was Lucy. The chaos of the morning seemingly had no effect on her. She gently guided the other baristas, smoothly made orders, and then when she was ready for me, she was SO kind. She spoke directly to my young daughter who loved the interaction as well. Long story short, if you have a busy Starbucks, everyone needs a Lucy.

Very friendly and nice people! We got our drinks almost right away. I got the white mocha and it was AMAZING just like the 435,687 other times I’ve got it! My husband got the vanilla bean frappe and he said it tasted like melted ice cream🤩 we will be back!

I generally have positive things to say about starbucks as a whole, but the people here on 6/1/21 were amazing. They were out of some ingredients for my daughter's choice drink but the barista promised something special and made her feel like she got something even better. And, of course, she loved it. The store was clean and the other people were friendly and professional with each other and the customers.

Employees were very kind and friendly. They made my drink impressively quickly. As always, we appreciated the gender neutral restroom options.

10 out of 10!! I work at a starbucks in my hometown and Whenever I go somewhere else my drink isn’t made correctly but this place got it! I had a very complicated order and I was scared they couldn’t do it but they made it better than even I ever have! The employees at the drive thru window were also extremely smiley and polite! I’m not sure who the lady was but she had brown hair and a red apron. Very happy with my experience!

I had the best experience yesterday - the girls that helped me were so sweet and helped me to order a coffee free version of a drink I wanted to try, and were helpful in guiding me towards a good alternative for a refresher that they were out of! I love this Starbucks and will make this one my primary Starbucks location to visit :)

My daily go too every morning! Friendly staff , clean store and they remember me by my first name! What else i can ask for, they get my cold brew with the perfect amount of sweet cream everytime ! I highly recommend this store i can see 2hy theyre always busy

The customer service here is beyond phenomenal! Every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile. I've only gone through the drive-thru and every time, the order is correct and received in a timely manner. I'm super happy with this Starbuck's location and of the courteous employees.

Very nice employees. I'd like to see the order ahead done faster (that's why I do it in the first place). Of course, it's just like every other Starbucks for menu and standards, and that's the point. Recommended!

Busy place. Speedy service. I usually place my orders on the app so I just pop in and my drink is waiting for me on the counter ready to go. Beverages are hot (or cold for my iced tea) and accurate. On the off chance something isn't right they will remake it and get you out the door. Staff is friendly. I frequent here about 4 times a week.

Excellent place and excellent interior environment. Even greater are the employees with positive and beautiful communication skills and attitude.
The place is beautiful from inside. I've never seen such seating arrangement or the actual seats in any of the starbucks I've been to.

So thrilled to have a stand-alone Starbucks on the south side of Rochester! I’ve been here many times since it opened and have had pleasant experiences each time. There have been some delays here and there (such as waiting a while to get my drink when it’s busy) but I think it’s unfair to expect perfection from a store and staff that just started and is still learning. The baristas are very friendly and I will continue to come back here!
