Anthony Was extremely helpful
He did his very best to try to repair my phone.
Because of his efforts and the customer service I received I return back to the store an hour later.

James was very very knowledgeable and polite. He took me through every scenario to make sure i got the best deal possible. All while still helping other customers when he could in between and making sure Covid capacity stayed at its minimum. All in all this is THE Verizon dealer i will use from now on.
