Amazing customer service! I had to return some U-Haul equipment to them, and while the situation could have been a nightmare due to some issues with the location that sold me the supplies, Elsi at SuperFans Corner in Goldsboro was a lifesaver. She was a consummate professional, and was able to secure a refund for me even though she had to follow up with me several days later to do it. I know the store didn't make money on helping me - they just did it because they wanted to help.

I'm extremely grateful to the store, and while I didn't purchase anything from them, nor do I live close by, I wanted to do what I could to let the world know of my positive experience with them. The store was clean, well staffed, merchandise well taken care of and stocked, and the staff was very very helpful, on a night when I was in a hurry and they would be closing soon. They have more than earned my trust, and I wish I could do more for them. 10/10 on all accounts.

Miss. Elsie is AMAZING! She took quality time with my daughter and I to make sure we got everything we were looking for (and then some)! We will definitely be back!
