Starbucks

I lost my brakes and power steering, but managed to get into their parking lot and throw it in park. These people were so kind to me, they helped direct traffic, they moved their own cars to allow more space for passing and they made sure to stay calm and even tried helping to keep me calm!! They offered me a free drink so many times and were genuinely over the top kind people. They truly deserve all of the local support they can get!!! For being a chain store, they sure showed how much locals care for each other ❤❤❤ I will forever go to that Starbucks now!!!

Very friendly service here! Coffee is delicious and staff are all consistently nice providing great expedited customer service. I also place large orders here as I’m in medical sales! Great team :)

Come here every morning, 7 days a week! Everyone always greets with a smile and majority know me by name as soon as I start to speak my order! Great customer service, never had an issue!

Always quick and always friendly. Quite literally one of the fastest drive throughs I have ever experienced at a Starbucks and never a dull attitude. The crew that runs this Starbucks is nothing short of phenomenal. They’re friendly, hard working and are amazing at their jobs! Friendliest establishment I’ve ever been to. I come there everyday, sometimes twice a day and they greet me with a smile every time.
They’re like family. Definitely recommend

I was helped my Zarria today and she completely made my day. Her service and smile were impeccable. She also spelt my name right which NEVER happens when I go to Starbucks. I felt very valued. This location is incredibly lucky to have her and if she hasn’t been promoted yet she needs to be!!

Omg this starbucks in whitehouse is the best. I go every day. They are the friendliest. Cleanest . I drive and pass up other starbucks, just to come here. Love the staff.

A great, consistent Starbucks! The staff were super friendly, coffee tasted the same as previous times (which is what I look for), and the place was clean!! The team there seemed to be having fun, which is always nice to see! Love that they decorated as well.

Lately my usual coffee order has been tasting very inconsistent, But today it was AMAZING! So I just wanted to leave a good review giving kudos to the employees working this morning around 7:45. Everything was great from the Customer Service at the drive thru & my order .

This is a wonderful addition to the Whitehouse community! I stopped at this location for the first time yesterday, and I was very impressed! The interior and exterior were spotless, the workers were friendly, the service was fast, the music was calming, and of course the coffee was perfect!
If you are a high school or college student, I highly recommend this location. The WiFi is very fast and there are plugs everywhere!

We are frequent to this place. The staffs are wonderful, very nice and friendly but the manager was grumpy and barking orders to the staffs ( not a good traits of being a manager ). Managers should treat staffs with respect, encourage and motivates them and not "push" them to their breaking point ( reason hard to find good workers these days).

So excited to have this in town. Love this location so much, quick and friendly service. Even when they are slammed they communicate to the customers and have such a positive attitude. Love to see this in today's world. Whitehouse should be proud!

I love the whitehouse branch. They are always happy and cheerful. They make my macchiato soooooo good. I prefer to go to whitehouse over tyler.

Great service, clean store. I will go back. Didn't rate food because I didn't buy any.

Egg bites are the best. Bacon and cheese are my favorite. White chocolate mocha to drink too.

Friendly staff. They have a community table where you can play games. Overall a great place to gather.
