I switched to Walgreens from a competing large chain pharmacy and have been very pleased. Linda in the pharmacy is always friendly, polite, and professional. She makes me feel the way it used to in the ma and pa stores from the past. I Hope they use her as the model for training future employees.

THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES WERE FINE. THEY WERE KIND AND RESPECTFUL TO ME. I DID NOT GET ALONG VERY WELL WITH THE MANAGER NAMED MARY. SHE WAS RUDE, CRUDE, AND VERY OBNOXIOUS!!!! SHE WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE TOWARD ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Very hard to understand the pharmacist. English is NOT her 1st language & I should not have to ask her to repeat herself numerous times. This particular Walgreens has refused to fill a valid prescription several times. I'm not sure if it's some kind of god complex or not. "First do no harm," is certainly not their motto!

Worst service ever. Dr called prescription in at 9:00am. Finally got them with an attitude at 7:00pm. Left on hold twice when trying to find out what the problem was. Just blood pressure meds, not that difficult to put them in a bottle. Have gone to that pharmacy for years, not sure what happened but don't plan on making their problem mine.
