I came inside the store ask for my food to be fresh it was perfect

Despite the food being Luke warm at best and my order missing an Item... I refuse to give less stars. Why? Because they had great customer service and they corrected my order when I explained... that's the keyword... explained what the issue was.

The were 3 people working there. Today's labor pool is non-existent. Be thankful those 3 people showed up to work to serve you with a smile. Do your duty and check the food you paid for. If it's wrong, take your lazy behind inside and ask to get it corrected.

Alright so let me preface this by saying that John who was working the window on 9/8 at around 10pm was professional, kind, and way more effective at his job than any other drive through in like a 5 mile radius. He asked all the questions that I forgot to ask and answered the ones I did have very effectively. I'd be willing to pay a markup on my food just to get service like that at literally any place I go to. (If he asks for a raise, give it to him. For the love of God PLEASE keep the ones that are least act like they care. Things are ridiculous right now)

As for the food, its almost always amazing from this location. I don't think I've ever been missing an item, toppings or straws/napkins and I've been coming here for a while.

Fresh Jalapeno Cheddar Bites are 100% worth waiting for btw. 🤤

Plexiglass shielding is in place at the drive through, to block customer/staff possible transmission. Also, the staff has always worn gloves, as well as masks, every time I've been there. I feel safe enough to go here, and fully recommend this location.

even thoe some employees were being difficult, and my sandwich was smothered in mayo, the manager made it right by remaking my sandwich and even offering a refund. I hope the manager can get her team in better shape from what i experienced.

My girlfriend went through the drive thru to grab her and I lunch and when she got home the whoppers were very poorly put together so I called up there and delt with the manager sue, told her our experince and what had happened and without hesitation she told me to come back up so she could fix it. I went back in she remade everything fresh and apologized a million times. Great customer service.

Very nice people working there, the food was fresh tasting and exactly what we ordered! Would come here again even if it was a little out of the way!

Hot food was hot. Cold food was cold. Frozen ice cream was frozen. Fast, friendly, and attractive service. Clean inside and outside. Bathroom was also clean. Deal offers in the smartphone app was a good bargain.

I've got a soft spot for the melt :)

I enjoyed this very much. I hadn't eaten burger King in several years. It was very yummy. Special treat for my family.

GREAT!!! THE service and the food was wonderful!!! This was a welcome change. To have the same order I gave to another place FOR THEM TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!! I will go back again, and again!!!!!

Sandwiches were ordered as double hamburgers received singles. Situation quickly resolved no issue. Food was great.

It's like every other burger king. Foods tge same no matter where you go. Service was good and fast.

My Granddaughter wanted BK for her Birthday dinner. Ordered food took it back home, was still hot and fresh!!!
