J Rohr Carpeting & Draperies

Hello. My wife and I were overdue to have the downstairs flooring replaced in our 2 story home. We had J Rohr install wood flooring in a small area around 20 years ago. We went back to J Rohr for new white oak 3/4" X 4 " wide planks. The two installer gentlemen were very good at their work. They moved the refrigerator, stove for new flooring underneath and provided a special removable plank at the front of the dishwasher in case it ever needs to be removed. As I am a woodworker I was elated that i was given an opportunity to assist. Two doors needed to be trimmed on the bottom to clear the new flooring. Overall, it was a very good installation.

The staff at J Rohr was very knowledgeable and super helpful in picking out our window treatment our slider. The J. Rohr staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Danielle gave me very good advice. Installers did a fine job but a misunderstanding had occurred on my job. It is easy to do a good job when everything goes according to plan. It takes a true professional to do a good job when a correction needs to be made. Mike was genmerous and genuinely attentive to my concerns and more than compensated me for them. He turned what could have been an unpleasant experiemnce into a very positive one. You can purchase carpeting at many places but good service is not always easy to obtain. I have nothing but compliments for J. Rohr. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
