Dunkin'

Wasn't sure how I wanted my iced coffee & the lady at the drive thru made some recommendations. She answered questions & now I know what to order. Yay! She was friendly and helpful. (SB & McD iced coffee people: order your iced coffee with liquid cane sugar & creamer. DD Butter Pecan beats everyone else's iced coffees!)

I've always liked Dunkin' Donuts. To begin with IMHO they have the best coffee of any coffee shop in town. I even drink Dunkin' Donuts coffee at home. I also think they generally have a very high quality donut. Dunkin is also the only donut shop in town that carries a plain cake donut, one of my favorites. They call it the "old fashioned." This particular Dunkin Donuts is a New shop so it is very clean and up to date. I'm not sure that the donuts are made on site though. The donuts I had this morning might have been a day old. I suspect donuts are made elsewhere and trucked in to this shop. I'll still stop here for my donuts though.

I'm usually never disappointed with D&D, this one has great customer service, they were fast, friendly and fabulous, I would highly recommend.
They have really stepped up their game as their main competition Barstucks, seems to be failing on most levels, it's really a shame.
But hey, kudos to Dunkin, they deserve a majority of the fast food coffee goers business in my opinion.

Definitely one of the best Dunkin’s in the area. I come out of my way to this location often. My food is always hot & fresh, the store is very clean, and the manager there is always very friendly. Never had an incorrect order even when it’s very busy. You can tell the employees enjoy working there and get along. Overall, it’s a great place.

The staff are always nice and make my order ASAP every time I go. The drive thru is always super efficient - even during rush hour. Chase, the GM, even apologized when the drive thru was jammed packed a few days ago.
Always goes above and beyond and pushes the limits on exceptional service.
There was one issue with an employee once, they gave me a Bavarian crème donut instead of jelly. It was a good laugh, but it ruined my entire day. :/

I come to this Dunkin to study sometimes. It is typically empty inside since basically everyone uses the drive thru. The workers are really nice, I like the music they play, and the coffee itself is typically good. Big fan of the rewards app and the deals that are offered. The breakfast food is also solid with reasonable prices.

Stopped here on a road-trip and the food was quick and delicious. The staff was genuinely so kind from the moment we walked in until we walked out; my daughter spilled her drink and an employee promptly came to help with a smile on their face. 10/10 would recommend.

Bacon Egg & Cheese wrap is Amazing! The coffee is always the BEST in BHAM. I'm surprised how good their made to order breakfast was. I also like the sour cream donut. Very friendly & smiling staff to boot! So glad Dunkin @ Acton road in Vestavia Hills opened.

We always order ahead and pickup in drive thru. My husband goes every morning almost. Always have a decent experience especially since it’s during morning rush times.

Friendly staff, delicious coffee, good prices. I do wish they would tell you your total after you order before you drive up to the window and that they opened before 6am.

I ordered using the app and my drink was ready seconds after I walked in the door. It's also delicious, but I think I ordered a size too big.

Always make my order right! Also, this Dunkin is better than the one in trussville and clay!

I was in a hurry so I wasn't able to get a picture, but the staff made my morning great. And the coffee is also delicious, I'm addicted now. My favorite to get is chai

I eat breakfast here 3 or more times a week. Great employees and great food! Always a excellent experience.
