Great coffees for great prices 👍 staff is usually very nice but understandably they get busy and anyone would be stressed in that situation ^^

There was only one employee in there when I went and he was KILLING it. He is fantastic, he always gives us super fast and nice service and our drinks are always so good. He deserves a raise

America Runs on Dunkin. This place is beautiful. Great staff and I love Dunkin donuts. This is my new favorite place to get coffee.

I had a really good experience during breakfast peak. 5/1 7:30ish. The girl at the window was super sweet and was really patient while I decided what I wanted, and changed it a few times. lol I’d definitely come back!

Coffee was fresh, the order was correct, and it came fast!

That egg and bacon bagel is amazing, the sweet tea when not made in the same as the coffee, right after the coffee, which seems to have only happened once is also amazing on a hot day. Or a cold day! We're southern we love sweet tea.

This is the best DD in town. I love DD coffee but struggled for a while to find a DD that can consistently make a drink right. Every place, they either made it too strong, not strong enough, not sweet enough, too sweet... Just tons of issues and lots of wasted money on coffees I couldn't even force myself to finish.

Then they opened this location and they are the most consistent DD I've been to and I go here every single day during the week. The people are also so nice and the drive thru, even when busy, is so fast! There could be 7 cars in line and I'll still be done in 10 mins or less.

Kimberly is the sweetest and most pleasant customer service person I have ever encountered. I almost don’t need my cold brew after interacting with her, she woke me right up and put a huge smile on my face 💕

Great service experience today with teammember Karnisha. My ice coffee beverage was made just right.. coffee blend tasted fresh and not overly sweet. Coffee shop was clean (always a plus). Brookwood location take notes from Vestavia.

Such a clean restaurant. I definitely recommend this store! Also, thanks to the young man named Chris who went out his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Two thumbs up!!

This new place has a great atmosphere. Very accommodating and patient team. Always fresh doughnuts Food is good and they get my quick coffee fix right each time. Great place if your driving by.

Dunkin' has great coffee and really good breakfast sandwiches. I stop in on my way to work to pick up breakfast and often to grab some treats for others. The Munchkins (donut holes) are a great and economic way to treat my coworkers and employees and make their day start a great way.

Very pleased to have this new location, ESPECIALLY because the staff is INCREDIBLE.
I'm also extremely thankful that they are continuing to adhere to the Covid-19 health guidelines, with everyone wearing masks and gloves, and touchless drive thru.

Very busy, but the girls working were on top of it. Good egg bites and good coffee. Will definitely go back.
