Such a friendly place! Mornings here begin with smiles and great coffee. I always go for the avocado egg sandwich, Mediterranean veggie sandwich , and grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. The kids can't resist the cinnamon crunch bagels, and when the weather's good, we love sitting outside.

Panera Vestavia catered a 7 am breakfast. The whole catering staff was wonderful to work with and Chris who delivered did a great job of set up. The price was great and we love Panera!!!

I come in on on Friday afternoon to get food. I was very exhausted from being at the hospital with my my mother-in-law. Myia asked me how I was doing and I told her about my mother-in-law she said she would pray for me and my mother-in-law and I deeply appreciate it. When I went to pay for my food, she paid for it for me, this lady is very awesome. You are so lucky to have her.

Love the place. Great environment and great location with a bunch of other restaurants around as well as planet fitness. Mainly college student studying or reading in a quite and courteous environment. Staff is great, helpful, smiling all the time. Good is great. Soup and salads are my favorite. Heard that their coffee is super good too. Parking lot available. Outdoor seats are available. Love it. I come from Bessemer to study here.

The manager Brian is very professional and the food is always good! The mistake that was made on my previous catering ordering wasn't even his fault (DoorDash) and he still offered to make it right. I come to Birmingham often for work meetings and have to feed many groups of people. I will always use this Panera because the quality is great and the customer service is excellent. DoorDash was the only issue last time and I was thrilled Brian was able to help. Love this place!

This location is the one we go out of our way to get to. I used to come here to study in college. We treat ourselves to dinner and some cinnamon crunch bagels every now and then.

I just picked up lunch from this Panera. Who ever made this sandwich is a goddess/god! It is literal perfection! The meat is lined up with the cheese and fits perfectly on the bread. Every bite set up to be the perfect bite. 10/10 would eat again

My daughter and I stopped and grabbed a late dinner. The staff was very sweet. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We both enjoyed our experience. I definitely recommend this location.

Most excellent place to dine in. The soup, salads, smoothies are delicious. Great place for a meeting with friends or to go on a date. Customer service great and you receive your food in a timely manor.

Panera has become one of the best places for me to get away and study. The food is great and the service is always friendly and helpful.

The best thing about Panera is the unlimited coffee option for $8.95. You can order a new coffee every two hours. You can purchase hot coffee or iced coffee using the monthly pass.

This location has consistently delivered and created rapid pick up orders for me for probably 2 years now and very rarely gets it wrong. Their delivery team is always so friendly and the rapid pickup is so fast and easy. Add to the fact that with a solid choice of soups, salads, sandwiches, and bowls, many of them healthy, and you have the reason I continue to flock to Panera for lunch or dinner.

We had an order delivered that was missing an item. I called and was immediately transferred to the manager (I think?), Chris, who quickly took responsibility and apologized. They refunded my entire order and apologized for the inconvenience! Highly recommend them for their courtesy and customer service.

Kay took my order after taking the order from a mother and young girl. She was very personable and helpful as it was the little girl’s birthday, and wished her Happy Birthday!
Kay was just as delightful and efficient with my small order of cherry pastry and milk, and thanked me for my tip that I added to the total charge. So thoughtful, made my day!
