Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched, and she always goes above and beyond to assist me. Mel has become my trusted go-to for all things smoke-related. I highly recommend Smokey Shays, and I'm grateful for Mel's outstanding customer service!

I love this store! I get all my pieces from here and I make sure to talk to Mars when I go! They are very knowledgeable on a lot of the products and if they arent they makes sure to find out! I’m comfortable everytime I go in and can never walk out empty handed!
