Absolutely love its setting among many other stores I love to shop at, specifically World Market. This Michael's is the only one I know, of all 3 Michael's in the South Bay that I have been to, that gives out free red recyclable fiber bags with its online orders for in-store pick up.

The light-up Christmas necklace is also priced well, <$5 each as a start compared to that at other retailers, and with Michael's generous coupon applicable to an entire purchase, on top of sale prices, rather than just a single item or only applicable to full price item, I purchased 6 light-up necklaces here at $2 each, more than enough to make my own light up wreath when $40 light-up wreaths were already sold out. Michael's in general is great for leather crafts and goods, as well as sew-able Velcro compared to another craft store I go to for sewing notions.

As an artist, I absolutely adore this place. The facilities are top-notch, offering a diverse array of tools and resources for artists. The system is efficient and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access what I need. The variety available here is impressive, ensuring that artists of all styles and preferences can find what they're looking for.

It was a very nice place to visit. There are a lot of seasonal decorations to see and buy

I make handmade jewelry. I order alot of my beads, wire and findings on line, however michaels does have a large variety of beads, wire, string, tools, jewelry stands and containers. When you are a member (free) you earn points which turns into money. I get either $5.00 to $10.00 off. Michaels also has great sales, sometimes up to 70% off of their beads. Usually 50% to 60% but once in a while 70%. I love finding different styles online but again michaels does have a lot to offer.

My latest visit worked out well. I found what I was looking for and they had a lot of things that I wasn't looking for available. I purchased an adhesive foam board to affix to the back of a puzzle that I put together recently.

I love this store. I want to buy the whole store!! They have so much selection it's almost too much!! But I LOVE it!!

I placed an online order back in June 2023 and I never received my order. I had been struggling for months trying to reach someone through the customer service line but no luck. I was expressing this frustration to Jesus as he rung me up to see if I could possibly handle this in store. He brought over his manager and she let me know that unfortunately they couldn’t do anything in store. Jesus, however, went above and beyond and offered to call the customer service line himself. He did and I was finally able to speak to someone and was able to take care of it right there and then. Mind you, it had been MONTHS that I had been dealing with this and Jesus was able to resolve within 10 minutes. Michael’s is lucky to have representatives like him. I am a happy customer and will continue to be for quite some time. Thank you Jesus!!

Good selection in store, usually everything I need is in stock. I usually don’t wait long to check out. Staff is nice, and store is clean

Michaels has almost everything I want craftswise (the only thing I couldn't find was a weaving loom) and their yarn selection has really improved from last year!

Lots of decorative items though most of the aisles were empty

Found what I was looking for. Got 30% off everything. They do not have bags. I stuffed the small items in my purse and carried the three larger items. I made sure I got a printed receipt. From now on I will always take a bag.

Michael's always has an array of holiday decorations as well as day-to-day arts and crafts supplies.

Great in all ,I do wish we could have the store on Tully eastridge area back again was closed and was so very much needed there and convenient for me miss it so much !!
