Even though my family and I enjoy this store we wish there was another location. The male manager gives my children of color a hard time on exchange and or returns but not my caucasian children. Be careful with what appears to be racism we are not the only blended family.

They have a really good large selection of multiple different companies. I went in to get a new pair on cloud. They did not have the color I wanted. They ordered the color that I wanted to my house and it was there the next day I was very impressed.

I've been buying shoes for myself, family, and friends for years. The establishment is clean and professional. They are always ready to help. The door selection, although a bit more expensive, is phenomenal! I always recommend Ecco. These are so comfortable. But the sandals and heels are made to be worn in comfort. Give this place a go. You'll love it like me.

My wife and I have been shopping at Englins for many years and have always had positive experiences. My feet are hard to fit and I have been able to take several pairs of shoes back for either a refund or store credit with no problems. Of course, I do my part by wearing them only around the house until I'm sure I'm going to keep them. My wife has had many pairs of shoes shipped directly to our house and generally when there is a delay, we have received a call. We have always found salespeople helpful and courteous.

I visited Elgin’s today for a warranty return on a pair of shoes. The Manager assured me that Elgin’s will take care of me. I was certainly well received and definitely taken care of for my warranty return. As a result of service they had, I bought a new pair of shoes. I will likely return for additional shoes.

Finally found the exact boots I was looking for. They fit well but can be stretched if needed. Very nice store, shoes, and staff.
