Needed an inspection done in a short time-frame, and as a real estate broker my clients depend on me to get things done. Judd responded immediately to my request, explained the services he provided clearly and with just the right amount of detail, and we set the appointment. On the day of the inspection my client and I were impressed with Judd's breadth of knowledge, diligent attention to the inspection process, and really appreciated his friendly demeanor and willingness to explain. When the written report arrived (very quickly!) it was thorough, intuitive, easy to read with pictures to show various things that might be challenging to understand with text alone, and covered everything promised. 10/10. Landmark Property Inspections (LPI) has conducted four rental property inspections for Adjunct Management Inc and Milladin Properties LLC. Judd Bull of Landmark Property Inspections has an excellent eye for detail concerning property systems, structure, and building components and their condition.

LPI reports are thorough, well written and comprehensive in scope. LPI reports include detailed review and comments of building components and systems supported by clear photographs showing the conditions being documented. The pdf file reports are easily downloadable to my computer for archival storage in electronic form. The inclusion of quality photographs in LPI reports makes it easy to understand property conditions and issues being reported, and simplifies clear communication with repair contractors concerning necessary repairs (for example: roofing, plumbing, or electrical concerns).

In addition to climbing on rooftops, Landmark Property Inspections also uses remote-controlled camera-equipped aerial drone technology to “fly” rooftops and gain property perspectives.

LPI pricing is very reasonable and cost-effective for property management purposes. Adjunct Management Inc plans to contract with Landmark Property Inspections to inspect many other rental properties. I highly recommend LPI.
