Paradise Gulf Properties

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the condo at the Links in Gulf Shores. We have stayed many times on the beach and now off and prefer the relaxation, privacy and enjoyment we received here. Demetri was quick to respond and very helpful from the beginning. We loved the card, cups and pie that was waiting when we arrived! I would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the service and making our vacation wonderful!

Beautiful condo!! Spacious and convenient area. We loved it so much that we are booking already for next year! It was also nice to have a personal contact. Metri is very accommodating! He also brought us
a key lime pie!! He doesn't hesitate to make sure your stay is wonderful.

Here to Dream was perfect for our family vacation/wedding! Demetri was VERY responsive and easy to communicate with. The layout of the house had plenty of space and open living quarters! Each bedroom was a good size! The windows in the living room provide a gorgeous view. The downstairs outdoor area provided great shade for evening supper! We brought most of our cooking needs but the kitchen had the essentials for backup if we needed it! We will definitely add Here to Dream to our list of places to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Here to Dream. The weather was great, the house was clean, and the beach was spectacular. Also big kudos to Metri. He was very easy to work with, and even promptly returned a cell phone to us that we forgot after we checked out. We have high beach standards, and Here to Dream definitely met them!

I just spent 5 days in unit D407 and found the need to write a review. This was the 1st time i had been to Orange Beach and I was a litlle wary having grown up in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised by all there was to do and the nice beaches. The condo was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clean and it is decorated very well-with a beach them. My girlfriend loved the Lazy River and watching boats go out on the Intercoastal. This is not the least expensive place to stay in the area but a great value for what you get.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at unit 502w at the Mediterranean. The condo was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The large balcony was so nice and included high quality patio furniture with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 9. The location next to Flora-Bama was a perk for our young adults (and the older adults as well!). They also enjoyed using the hot tub on the balcony. There was a storage unit downstairs that included beach chairs, rafts and boogie boards. Our only challenge initially was trying to figure out how to turn on the master shower. We eventually figured it out, but instructions would be helpful for future guests. Metri was very attentive and checked on us to make sure all was well. And we definitely enjoyed the key lime pie that he left for us in the fridge when we arrived! Nice touch...

We LOVE staying at the Mediterranean 502w in Perdido Key! Demetrious is awesome, very attentive to any and all of our needs! The condo is so nice and easily accommodates my family... grandkids too! We have stayed in 502w 3 times now and plan to go back again and again! Thank you so much for our fabulous vacation home!!! 😊

Our family was so blessed to spend our Fall Break vacation here. We highly recommend this unit! First of all, it feels like home away from home, except cleaner :-). The view is amazing. This unit gives you a beautiful view of both the bay and the ocean. There are dolphins often spotted from this spacious balcony. You can also watch the sunrise over the ocean from this spot without having to leave the balcony. The inside of the unit is also very family-friendly. We had plenty of room, and the kitchen is well-supplied for cooking. Demetri is great to work with, and even greeted us with a key-lime pie!

We stayed at Here to Dream four years in a row and are coming back next year. The living area of the house is wide open with great views of the beach and its spectacular sun rises and sun sets. Even with seven adults, we never feel crowded or cramped. The house is very well maintained. In the rare event you something tended too, the property manager, Demetri, is quick to respond by text or phone call. The bedrooms are clean and quiet and the kitchen is well equipped and big enough that cooking for seven was never a problem. During our stay, temperatures varied greatly, from the low 30s to the mid 80s. The HVAC system worked flawlessly. Since it's an older home, it isn't set-back from the beach as far as the newer properties, so the beach is very close at hand. It's located away from the main part of Gulf Shores, so it's quiet and never too crowded. We'll keep coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key thanks to Paradise Gulf Properties! The condo was awesome and super clean! Super great beds. Beautiful views of the ocean! Demetri met us with the keys and a delicious key lime pie. Talk about hospitality! We took his recommendations on restaurants.... and they were all great. Our grandson loved the day trip to Florida's Gulfarium. And our night time crab photo shoot! All in all one of the best vacations ever! We will definitely come back!

It was the second time our family has stayed at this house and again we were very satisfied. As before Metri was extremely helpful and an added bonus to the stay. Location of the house allows for a quiet beach setting and we found the house to have everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for a perfect trip to the gulf!

I had a wonderful time in paradise! Demetri was great to work with. He met us upon our arrival with a delicious key lime pie. He knows a lot about the area and worked really hard to make our stay great! The pictures of the rental were accurate and everything was just as listed. I recommend using this company to book your stay in paradise, you will be glad that you did.

We have stayed at the Mediterranean at PK 7-8 times over the past 12 years. Unit 502W is absolutely the best maintained and equipped unit. Dimitri provided personalized care throughout the process. From an initial phone call after renting online to multiple calls throughout our stay, he was committed to our family having a wonderful vacation. Metri was outstanding to work with, and we loved Adagio B402. 4th floor beachfront location was amazing, and there are 4 big pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful beach all just steps away. Condo is very clean, well furnished, and comfortable for the whole family. Great 30A location. Would highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back.

This was our second year at Change of Pace and it was just amazing. The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The beach offers enough space for some privacy and family events. We have visited this location as a family vacation with 18 people and it could not be more perfect. There are rooms designed especially for the adults and others that are perfect for the kids! We were greeted by Metri when we arrived and he was always there if we needed anything throughout the week. We are already booked and looking forward to next summer! I highly recommend working with Metri and his properties.

This property is amazing and Metri was one of the best property managers to work with. I would rent this property again - 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths, perfect for a larger group and the condo is very clean and beautiful.

We absolutely LOVE staying here and Metri always gives us personal attention and makes sure our large group is taken care! He check on us to make sure we have everything we need, he gives suggestions based on what we are asking. My late grandmother, the matriarch of our family adored Metri and the attention to detail he gave our crew. We always book with them, when available in the area we are visiting!

I highly recommend "Here to Dream" house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items you will need to do some great meals. some of my favorite areas was the main dining area with great natural light and views, and all the great areas of decks! The owner Metri was super friendly and made you us feel very welcomed! Can't wait to come back!

Paradise Gulf Properties provided one of the best experiences I have ever had in renting condos. The condo was super clean and exaclty as described. Metri also checked in several times to make sure everything was going good and that we didn't need anything. Awesome experience and I will rent from them again!

The "Here to Dream" home met our family's needs perfectly and had pretty much everything we needed. Love the fact that this home is a good bit closer to the beach than newer homes. Forget something or need to go to the bathroom...a short walk back saving lots of steps and hassle. "Uncle" Metri is the most hands-on and accommodating Property Manager we have ever experienced...especially checking in on us numerous times when the tropical storm came through one night. (He even let us stay an extra night when another guest wasn't coming in.) This is an older home, nothing fancy but all functional. If you're accustomed to new...pay another $1000-1500 a week for another property...but the beach won't be any nicer or more convenient for you!
