Pleasure working with City Hall employees!

Gulf Shores, City Hall is a nice building, but when I was hired to do the work with public works and custodial, it was made very clear to HR in writing and verbally that I have disabilities and I requested that hand written statement to be put on my file because I forgot to put this in my application. HR was very aware of my disabilities. Secondly, my supervisor With public works has discriminated against my disabilities and also HR has discriminated against my disabilities claiming they did not know anything about about my disabilities. Secondly, they were made fully aware in writing and also verbally I’m considering legal action against the city of Gulf Shores Vardy move forward with the complaint with the equal trade commission my next step and I’m going to the Alabama department of labor and putting in a complaint and then from there I’m seeking an attorney for a legal action done custodial work for five years on the industrial side very knowledgeable on what I do for custodial work city standards were not upheld in my opinion was not showed while in training how to do the job and what to do I was basically stuck out there and told him to do the job that I was hired todo I was never late to work showed up to do my shift on time and completed my shift as I was supposed to do no wonder they can’t keep anybody in custodial because of the discrimination that goes around in that department
