We love our beach photos!!! Andrea could not have been more accommodating, professional and pleasant!! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy during our session. Do NOT hire this photographer!!!! I also hired her based on a couple of reviews, however, should have read further! We were very disappointed and this was a once in a lifetime chance to have our extended family all together on a beach vacation! Andrea
blew that chance for us!

Andrea came to our large family photo shoot unprepared. She had NO creativity at all on how to have us stand. It seemed to be a basic “get in a line” point and shoot photo session! We had to come up with the ideas. We also paid for an extended family photo shoot and like another review below, she seemed to want to be done and didn’’t really care to take the pics we had asked for. I, too, (like another reviewer) do not have a picture of me with my immediate family as someone is either not looking or the way she has us posed , you can’t see someone.

She seemed to want to get the pictures taken quickly and be done. We are not even completely happy with the outcome. They are not super clear and like I mentioned before, you can’t see everyone very well the way she has us standing.

She was very hard to get ahold of once the pictures had been taken and turn around time was long! We are grateful for the one picture that we were able to get of our entire family of 18 (with grandparents, grandkids, etc) but will definitely NEVER use her again. Since receiving the pictures, we unfortunately, did not upload them correctly somehow. She will not reply to email, text, or her company website. We just wanted her to resend one image. She is very unprofessional!

Disappointed to say the least. I have spoken with Ms. Andrea via text in not her responsiveness it’s her ability to produce professional pictures without photoshop. I would NOT recommend this company. I thank her for trying to find the family photo in a lengthy text messages going back and forth. The pictures were at a distance, shadowy in most and photoshop. I have proof of the pictures in question and after sharing them with another photographer he agreed that this happen. I felt as though she was insulting my intelligence an a disgrace to her profession. This conversation amongst the two of us could have been handle differently. Again I have proof of her work. We never once ask for a refund all we requested was the family photo and quality pictures. She made it personal and for that reason. I suggest looking around for another photographer in the area. We were on family vacation. The moment we so wanted captured didn’t happen. Photoshop photo’s are unacceptable when adding people in photos that were never taken. I welcome her to challenge me in court if she feels I’m slandering her about what she produced.

I booked Andrea based on her reviews. Although the booking process was easy and she promptly answered questions, we did not receive what was expected as in the stated package. We booked an extended family session for an hour and a half, paid nearly $500 for that time and she spent a total of 40 minutes with us. After I inquired about the time, she said "you have plenty of pictures. I think you will have many pictures to choose from. Trust me, you'll love them." However, I couldn't have been more disappointed. We have a total of 2 different poses for the entire family and not everyone is looking or smiling in either one. The photos all consist of the same poses and I don't have one photo of my own family all looking at the camera. She was in such a hurry to leave that I didn't bother arguing. I had hoped that we would find at least a few photos of the entire family that I would like but sadly, NO. The images are all distant and many of them came out dark.
