My mother spent a couple months in this wonderful rehab and then a year in the long-term care section. The staff and management were caring, attentive, and approached their job with respect, humor, and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

My sister is getting excellent care at Seaside. The private room is great. Nursing, CNAs, Physical Therapist, Food Service and Diet Technician have all been kind, knowledgeable and responsive. I have visited 3 times and have seen with my own eyes the wonderful care being provided. My sister is happy with being there and is getting stronger. Thank you Seaside!

Great facility and the staff was attentive and affectionate to my mother. Could not imagine a better overall experience for long term care.

They don't even deserve 1 start! But I have to put one star, so I can give this review. My mother was there for 2weeks and they sent her home when she wasn't even ready to go home. DONT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS REHAB!!

Maybe you can get someone to answer the damn phones in that nurses wing where you're trying to get ahold of the nurses to speak with them about your parent that is there and having an anxiety attack and you can't get a sole to help! Most frustrating and incompetent place on earth! Call 12 times in a row only to be blown off!

Limited staff. Terrible food. They don't match roommates. I spent 13 months here in a room with a 90 year old dementia resident. Every day was hell. My roommate was crying, I heard a nurse say " I'm not going in. She cries to go home on a regular basis"

I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this facility. They deserve a 2.2 rating.

Leaving people in bed and not doing what they're getting paid to do is absolutely despicable. My grandfathers care is a huge disappointment to me and my whole family. He's left in bed ALL DAY LONG to just lay there and die. Extremely disappointed in his level of care here. He has declined more in this facility since he arrived then in the last couple of years being in his home with care. Scaring the elderly into thinking they can't do something without assistance even if they're in rehab is crazy to me. Someone that was just walking, and had almost 100% independence is now completely bed bound and is making absolutely no progress. I pray this facility gets better because people are losing out on life due to negligence.
Some staff are very kind, and some really need to be trained on how to speak to family members and morals.

While most of the staff were adequate, the food was terrible and the therapy was quite low level. My mother was there for 3 months after a stroke and did not receive care that would have allowed her to walk again. Now that she's home, we are able to start getting her the kind of care you would have expected them to give her in a facility that specializes in such things. She is standing regularly and will begin to walk on her own eventually. They wrote her off because of her age which is 87.
