The staff at this location go above & beyond. I’m truly impressed. Each and every employee has been so helpful when I go into the store to find a new product. They even had a box of dog food transferred from another store and was ready for me on my way home from work the same day. They’ve helped me carry heavy items to the car without hesitation. Lastly, I’m excited to try out their dog washing stations in the colder months and was happy to hear you can book online. Not to mention, they have an amazing selection of dog items & their prices are very competitive. Thank you for being awesome, Tomlinson’s!

Have been going to Tomlinson's for 12 years for all my dogs needs. They just opened a store in S. Austin by us! I love it! It's smaller but is set up really well and has everything their larger stores carry. If not, though, they deliver! I highly recommend Tomlinson's for the excellent selection and competitive prices!

What a wonderful pet store! My new favorite go to for my dog’s food. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and cute. Prices are great when you become a member. Definitely recommend for your pet’s treats and food!

Bottom line,.....they got my pup fed! When amazon took over 12 days before I finally canceled and called Tomlinson. They had Billie's (my pup) food here within 4 hours of that call. Who does that anymore?Seriously? 😳 Well......Tomlinson's does, I highly recommend everyone with pets give them a call, just try em once, and you'll see what I'm feeling! I was floored by the turn around, and the guy (Mike) that I talked with while placing my order, to the delivery man, were so incredibly nice and polite. Me, being handicapped, really appreciates a smooth delivery, and let me say.....it was painless.
