They should install a light outside on roof letting you know if ice cream machine is working. And whoever does inventory you suck! Out of orange juice, REALLY?

It’s McDonald’s. They weren’t rude, “food” was correct and as good as can be expected from a McDonald’s.

Just got one of the best Big Macs I've ever had. I've been eating at this McDonald's for most of my life and I don't think I've ever had a very bad experience here. Have been here every week or two for the last couple years and haven't had haven't had any issues more serious than a forgotten straw or a sauce out of stock. Worked here for a short time years ago and everything was being run as it should be, it seems that is still the case today.

Limited seating in theaters which is nice
Miss being able to walk up to a candy counter and order popcorn and such - all done online and delivered to you - which is a distraction in and of itself but hey we rolled with it.

Love this McDonalds! Service is always fast and friendly, food has always been fresh. I recommend the egg Mcmuffins if you're going for breakfast. They use fresh eggs to make them, and they taste delicious 😋

The staff was very professional and polite. The employee who took my order was very courteous. One member walked around and asked how everyone was doing. One customer complained about his order. The staff member sat down with him, listened and made sure his order was corrected. I dont eat a lot of fast food but I will return to this location

I love their French fries. I get the hamburger kids meal extra fries n med coke n a burger for my dogs n they always make a big deal over the dogs n it makes my day. But on 3/25/22 I lost my male dog

Manager Tiffany and her staff did a wonderful job with being professional and curious as a very ridiculous customer entered the restaurant this evening. Cussing and waving her hands around over something that the manager was willing to correct. Tiffany remained calm and collected with this difficult customer. I feel she deserves to be recognize.

i don’t live around here, but i was in town visiting and decided to stop at this location for something to eat quick, when i stopped in the drive thru was kinda busy and as i got up to the window i was not paying much attention. the girl in the drive thru thanked me for my patience and double checked that i had everything that i needed. unbelievably kind, i asked her for her name, Jasmine. most fast food workers i’ve net typically don’t smile and just try to rush through the process, i should know, i worked in fast food! but people like that, in the simplest kind gestures make peoples lives better. i always make the time to properly recognize great workers.

I go to Shippensburg University so I end up coming here a lot more than I should, even during the lunch rush 12-1pm they are delivering speedy service. Also, the issue I have with other McDonald’s is stale-tasting tea and chicken nuggets that taste like the grease hasn’t been changed in a while, but this McDonalds never fails to have fresh tasting food... when I want Mcdonalds, none of the ones in Chambersburg come close to the quality of this one.

Quick competent service which is perfect for hungry kids returning from a road trip. My son adores McDonalds and always eats every bite. We will definitely be stopping back in on another trip.

It must be the small town my mocha was spot on the young lady at the end of the intercom was so polite it was amazing. The drive thru was speedy. Thank you for a great breakfast drive thru and the food was great.

Didn't appreciate the young girl at the window taking my money having suck marks all over her neck. This is the 2nd time within a week I've seen two different girls at the drive thru window with same discusting marks all over their neck. They wouldn't work at my place of business waiting on customers looking like that

Very friendly staff! Clean dining area, very budget friendly! A true and all one stop shop for the family's needs.

Always receive great, fast service. Food is typically fresh, staff friendly and the property is kept clean. Would recommend for any time of day (or night)

The food was really good the service is really good and the the thing that blows my mind the most is the gentleman ahead of us paid for my food was $26 I've never had anybody in my life pay for my food just out of the common courtesy of their heart it is very heartwarming things to see

This is by far the best McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. Constantly good food, milkshake machine always working etc.

The fries were fresh, burgers and buns were fresh, the coke was a bit weak but that's the fault of the dispenser company to tweak the syrup/soda ratio.
