I had the Texas hot dog, Shepard’s pie with succotash and Theresa had the lemon chicken with rice pilaf and garden salad! The food was outstanding and our server Kevin did an awesome job! Kevin was the only server working today but he did awesome! I highly recommend this local diner ❤

The breakfast was awesome! I got an omelet with mushrooms, onions, ham, and bacon! I highly recommend it. The place seemed really clean. I will be back!

Our waitress was new, so we'll give her several chances to improve. Otherwise, the other waitstaff are great. The food is great and the desserts are wonderful. Especially the chocolate silk pie.

Our server (can't remember her name, sadly) was very hospitable and served us with a smile. The food was great, as always. This is my go-to place for brunch with friends. Hot chocolate is a must!

Food was great. Waitess was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. Plenty of food for the money. Definitely will be going back. Should mention we had a breakfast meal. Order came just as we requested.

My wife and I found this restaurant online looking for a family diner. I had breakfast and my wife had dinner. My omelet, home fries and chipped beef were absolutely fantastic. My wife had the battered haddock and she said it was good. The waitress was very attentive and the restaurant had a very friendly home town feel to it. I would absolutely recommend eating here.

Food was good, steak and butter fly shrimp, salad and 2 sides. Wonderful service.

was in Shippensburg on business and I always seek out the local mom&pop places to eat; Greyhound did not disappoint. Going in for supper I found they served breakfast all day and had scrapple. Everything was done to perfection, eggs over easy, crispy homefries and I went for the rye bread for toast. What a treat, in fact, so good I went back a second time. Taylor was the best waitress. When I'm in the area again, I'll be paying Greyhound a visit.

Two friends and I visited for breakfast about a week ago, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of home fries, and everything was delicious as diner food usually is. The atmosphere was amazing, I felt like I was in a '90s film featuring a group of characters in a diner, which I can say is pretty rare anymore as everything has been modernized in terms of design, at least in my brief experience. Not this place. It's as old school as it gets, and the service was amazing. From the lady checking us out at the register at the end of the meal, to our waitress everyone was super friendly and the food came super quick. I think we must have waited a total of 6 minutes between the time we ordered and the time we were having our plates sat in front of us. Maybe that's an exaggeration but it couldn't have been more than 10; you know how time flies when friends get to talking. Overall I would say it's the best dining experience in shippensburg, though not too terribly far ahead of the select family restaurant, which I also rate highly.

The pricing was fair, but expect to pay 8 to $20 for a meal depending on what you order. Long gone are the days of pre-pandemic dining prices, even at the cheapest places. Two eggs and a side of toast might still run you four to five dollars, but if you get anything on the side you're looking at seven minimum. With my food I ordered a coffee and a glass of orange juice and I believe the price for their coffee was cheaper than select family, though my memory could be mistaken on that. Ultimately I give the place a 10 out of 10 for the atmosphere and service alone, and of course the food would not deter that rating either. Will definitely be returning in the future, and I recommend it to everyone who asks.

What a great place. Going back for sure!!! Pepper pot soup delish!!! Seafood Combo FAB. Friendly waitress and very attentive. Everytime in Shippensburg me and hubby are there for eats...no fan fare just great service n food.

Our party of 5 had no issues or complaints. Our order came out hot and tasty. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal in a clean, friendly environment.

The atmosphere in this iconic building is relaxing and nostalgic for many people in Shippensburg. Most of the servers are lifelong residents of Shippensburg and are familiar with their customers and treat them like family. The food is delicious and service is fast and friendly. They have an outdoor seating area for those that like to dine outside, and for pet owners.

Food is great (They give Mil/Vet Discount) and they are very attentive to you. The prices are more than reasonable.

Wonderfully place for a quick bite. Staff was freindly and eager to serve. Food was hot and tasty. Well worth the trip.
