I've been going there since they opened and have to say they're great! People should use their free services more, like diagnostics and battery checking and charging, starter testing, free loaner tools and, best, the expertise of the staff.
They even had to show me where the battery was in my used AMG...
A guy there owns one and helped.

I will always choose AutoZone anytime I need to buy a part for my vehicles, but this particular location exceeded expectations due to one manager Adam, I hope I remembered his name correctly. He will know who he is after reading this review. My daughter's Bronco Sport would not start and we were told that it needed a new battery when they tested it. The associate helping us attempted to replace the battery but it was a job for the dealer, for sure! Ford set up the battery compartment in a way you had to take off the front cowling over the radiator, the air filter box and disconnect the air hose to be able to slide the battery out. Well the associate said he could not do that, and this was Wednesday, Thanksgiving ever. I spoke with manager Adam and explained our situation of being stranded since the dealer would be closed for the holidays. Adam, made an exception, rolled up his sleeves and took on this task himself, with me as his sidekick. We were able to replace the battery and able to get back to our Thanksgiving holiday prep, thank you Adam!

I had an amazing expereince today at Auto Zone at Atascocita Rd. I needed to replace my battery plus my terminals were severly corroded. An AutoZoner, named Kenneth, came to my rescue. Not only did Kenneth replace my battery after suggesting the best battery to purchase but he also thoroughly cleaned my battery terminals. In addition, he also replaced one of my terminals and provided a means of preventing future corosion. Kenneth's advice, hard work, kindness, and patience truly saved the day. Thank you.

This morning I was at Autozone before they opened. And went in with my problem with my battery. Stanley Roberts “Keith S.” is the customer sales rep and he totally helped with a very polite and kind personality. I am able to walk away satisfied. YOU ROCK KEITH.

Let me just say that Michael was the kindest, smartest and most helpful employee I've ever dealt with anywhere, ever. At the last Autozone I visited, I was pushed to buy things I didn't even need and overall I felt very overwhelmed. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and kindly answered all my questions.
I'll definitely be back, and I hope to see him next time!

Lexxi was a great help (and always is). I originally went in for a simple air filter but she informed me that my vehicle also had a cabin filter! They didn’t have the cabin filter in stock at this location but that didn’t stand in her way. Immediately she contacted another location close by for the cabin filter and they had it in stock! Lexxi checked me out for both filters in store to save me the hassle of waiting in line when picking up the cabin filter at the other autozone. All I had to was show the other location my receipt and done! She said “I always think about myself and how I want to be treated”

Kenneth at Autozone store 4202 was a great help! He saved my life, my car would’ve almost exploded if he hadn’t changed my battery. I had went to so many locations for a battery change and this was my last hope and he was more than amazing. Kenneth is manager of the year, thank you so much!

Ron was very professional and went out of his way to help! My motorbike had battery issues and died across the street from this shop. He took a battery charger from his store to my bike and helped me get it started. I bought a new battery and drove off a very happy customer.

Andrew M is amazing! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the check engine light and provide a solution. He also happily changed my windshield wiper in the rain for me. Thank you so much!!

Part 1. Best AutoZone I've ever spent time in. Andrew 2.0, Ken, and Richard were so nice, and knowledgeable. They did more than expected as they went above and beyond to help me. This location has the best team and professionalism I've never seen at any other AutoZone location. Great job everyone!!!

Kenneth helped me with a lot in one night and got everything done less than 30 minutes and also had great customer service towards me and my father. I highly recommend coming here everything was great and my car is back in good condition.

Great service! Steve was very helpful as was the other employee (didn’t get their name). My battery could not be replaced on location due to electrical components, so Steve recommend a placed just one mile down the road that also took good care of me. When I returned for the Core refund, I was again serviced quickly and kindly.

Went in for wiper blades. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. The young man at the counter was great. It was a rainy day and he asked me if I needed help putting the blades on. I said yes and without hesitation he replaced them.
I have been to this store before and the associates have always been friendly and helpful! Keep it up guys!
