Concord Shoe Repair is a small business and they treat you like a small business should. They are accommodating and try to help in anyway they can. They are very good at shining shoes too! The downside is that the lead time can be a little long. For a half sole it took 2 weeks to finish. They would not do total resoles on my boots. Instead, they are only offered to perform a half sole replacement. I recommend them of you are in the Concord area for shoe repairs.

I have a very expensive pair of fishing boots, I tore the soul off of one of them. I thought I would run it by a repair store to see what they could do. He said it might take a little bit of time but he could definitely fix it. 3 weeks later he called me and told me they were fixed and they look fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the service.
