I had visited Cindy's shop at the Renaissance Festival and fell in love with her shoes and accessories. Then, my lucky day appeared when she posted on Instagram she was offering classes! I hurriedly signed up for one and I am so pleased I did. I am an autistic adult, but Cindy was so kind in helping me with directions, parking and answering all my questions in such an upbeat way. We created our own little purses in her glorious and comfortable crafting space. There were several colors and customization's to choose from and Cindy was very helpful explaining what we were to do. I love the little black purse I made. I can't wait 'til her next class comes along!

If I could award more than five stars I would. I found Cindy at the North Carolina Renaissance Festival, where she promptly advised and then sized my feet for an absolutely beautiful pair of shoes (a more period appropriate/rustic look, but with a modern sole for comfort.)

She had them ready for me on the final day of the season (much faster than I'd have expected for something custom made of that complexity) and I wore them proudly for the rest of the event.

Superbly crafted shoes for an extremely reasonable cost point. Cindi listened closely to what I described in what I wanted in my shoes. Then the shoes exceeded my expectations! I’m excited to buy shoes that can be repaired vs tossed in the landfill. Excellent value all around. Thanks Cindi!!!

I love this store ! I have purchased several pairs of shoes for my grandchildren. They are great for beginning walkers. They are so soft and move with their feet instead of being stiff and hard. I have a purse also. The owner is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for quality made shoes and purses.

She's also amazing at repairing broken gear in a timely manor and her prices are far and beyond some of the best around.

Shoebeedo is amazing! My one year old was struggling with shoes and putting them on was always a fight…until we found this shop! The owner helped us find a pair of soft and hard soled shoes that he now loves! He walks much better and goes and gets his shoes and wants to put them on!! We have already gone ahead and bought a small pair for our newborn! Would 100% recommend!

Cindy is extremely talented at leather working, and a very nice person as well. I had a very loved, quite warn-out purse that had the perfect amount of pockets on it, where I could quickly find all my essentials....my phone, my glasses, my medicine, keys, etc. I took it to Cindy to see if she could recreate it, and it is SO much better than the original one- which was not cheap!..the leather is soft and buttery, every pocket has been recreated, the strap is wider, adjustable, and generously long, the brass fittings are wonderful. I will definitely be back for something else. Her shoes are neat, the baby shoes just adorable, and her own designed bags and purses are perfection. She is located in downtown Concord, next to the Bead Lady- seek her out- you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Sandals made to fit just me!!!! Love Cindy! She is super friendly 😊 but more importantly she knows her leather! I got tired of trying to walk in cheap shoes that didn't fit my feet. After completion she said, "always come back if fit changes. There's almost always something I can do to assure your comfort". LOVE new location. So bright and a happy place.

Excellent service, high quality products. Cindy used her expertise as a shoe maker and designer and modified a pair of shoes for me—-something I couldn’t get the other shoe repair shops in Concord to do. To boot (no pun intended) she’s a genuinely kind and pleasant person. And, I can’t wait to see a pair of her leather booties on my grand-baby!

While passing through Concord from out of town....a pair of red shoes in the window caught my eye - so my husband and I decided to stop and go in. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by the owner. She was very friendly and helpful - answering our many questions. We ended up walking out with matching shoes and LOVE them! The fit is perfect and they are so comfortable! The attention to detail in the quality of these shoes is like none other. These unique one of a kind shoes are awesome! So glad we stopped!

Excellent quality leather shoes hand crafted by local artisan! I purchased a custom wristlet bag in collaboration with local graphic designer (Amber Lynn Benton) to put my logo on the leather. A wonderful interaction with this business. Will custom order again for wallets and shoes for Christmas!
