I went into get a pair of running shoes. After trying on the first of three pairs that were picked out for me, I told the service clerk that I hurt my leg running the day before. Which was why I was there in the first place. To get a more supportive pair of running shoes. I was really taken back, in a good way, by the honesty of the person helping me. She told me it might not be a good idea to buy a pair of running shoes while injured because it won’t help me find the right ones. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that transparency. It made me feel so much more comfortable that I was in the right place. Fleet feet’s customer service makes you feel as comfortable as the shoes they sell. I will for sure be coming back and cannot wait for my injury to heal and get fitted for a new pair of reasonably priced running shoes. Thanks Fleet Feet

I just purchased my 4th pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet. It's always a great experience! I just wish that I had discovered them several decades ago when I started running because having the right shoes is necessary and definitely worth the price. Aaron in the Davis store helped me with my last purchase of Brooks running shoes and now my only problem is that I also want to go back to get one of the other pairs that I tried on.

Streamlined process for finding running shoes that fit. Scan feet, try on. Def not for fashion oriented people or people with budgets. But if you want some shoes that your weird feet will like, great store! Would be nice if there were more zero or lower drop options.

Shelly was outstanding. She listened to my needs, and brought out a variety of shoes to try. First pair I tried on were perfect! She also determined that my insoles (is that the right term?)still had some life in them. I could just move them to my new sneakers. I couldn’t recall exactly what type of socks I Love. So she looked me up on the store computer. This level of kindness and service is why I always return to Fleet Feet Davis!

The person we attended to me was very respectful. He was also careful, well informed and attentive. After trying on and comparing several pairs, I ended up with a very comfortable pair of exercise shoes.

As a podiatrist and a runner, I am always looking for local retailers I can trust, and I am thrilled to say that I have loved every experience I have had with this location. I strongly recommend this location and their expertise!

Staff members are always happy to help out. We barely had to wait while two staff members were working with other shoppers, when Chase came from out of nowhere to see how he could help us. He chatted with my daughter a bit about her running habits and shoe size (she's already been scanned), and he came back with three great options. One of them was a brand she hadn't tried before and she loved them! We are always happy to shop at Fleet Feet not only for their great shoes but, more importantly, for their terrific service. :)

Employees at Fleet feet are runners and or walkers themselves and give excellent advice and lots of encouragement. Always great selection of shoes and socks available to pick from.

Always my go-to shop for all athletic wear, but especially for the opportunity to try new shoe styles and brands. Knowledgeable and friendly staff definitely helps!

I visited fleet feet in Davis Ca. They had the shoes I was searching for in the size range and colors I wanted. The sales person stayed with me and helped me. The next day I went back because I needed to exchange for a larger size. They gave me the same help and were very relaxed about exchanging the shoes. They wanted me to have the best fit. This was a next level shopping experience!

Knowledgeable but felt pressured to buy shoes that feel to big for my feet. I understand the concept of a natural toe bed and the measurement of my foot. I love the shoes I bought but do feel like my feet have way too much room and the laces wrapped around my ankle are holding them together. They feel like a flip flops. I appreciate the map of my foot. Will provide an update in a couple of months.
Update 6/8 The team member who helped me yesterday was thorough and provided me several options. He identified the issue with the previous purchase, I was sold shoes in men's sizes which was bigger than my foot mapped out and that is why my feet flopped around in the shoe/toe box. We were able to find a better match for my race this weekend. This experience made me rethink FleetFeet in a better light. I wasn't able to find the color I wanted but thats okay.

I highly recommend this store! I was in pain from my current walking shoes, and decided to get help since I was nearby. As soon as I walked in, I was helped by Chase and got fitted right away and it was discovered I needed a wide width shoe. The shoes I chose Hoka were like walking on clouds of heaven. The foot scan only took a few minutes and I was very happily on my way! Thanks Fleet Feet! I will be back!

I came into Fleet Feet looking for some new shoes and Kathy at Fleet Feet Davis provided excellent service. She was extremely knowledgeable about what shoes I should be wearing. The free foot scanning provided all the information needed to make a educated decision on what shoes and insoles I need to keep me running pain free. Thank you Kathy and thank you Fleet Feet Davis.

After a very thorough scan of my feet they were determined to be statistical outliers in terms of length (quite small), width (very wide), and arch height (literally off the charts). Rather than shun me as a strange micro hobbit footed weirdo they instead brought every wide width tiny shoe they had available. This was unsuccessful (we were dealing with statistically unlikely dimensions, not exactly a shoemakers dream) but they persisted. Ultimately they ordered three different pairs in sizes they don't usually carry which arrived 2 days later. The persistence paid off. When I came in again after the shoes arrived I tried all three pairs and found a winner. Then I got to buy the most comfortable work shoes I've ever owned (technically they're running shoes, but I don't run. I do stand, walk, lift, carry, arrange and assist far too many hours a day). I've come back at least once a year every year since this first visit to buy a new pair of shoes. It is one of the few times I don't even bother trying to find a bargain somewhere. The bargain Fleet Feet offers is fewer anti-inflammatories, trips to the doctor, and less foot, ankle, knee, and back pain. I think it's a great deal.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a great selection of running gear. They have technology to check your foot structure and track how you walk to give you the best shoe possible for your running style. There is a bit of a sticker shock when it comes to buying shoes, clothing, and gear at fleet feet, but it is worth the money.

Great, thorough customer service. Advise going during slower time (not weekend) or prepare to wait. Foot scan was helpful in ruling out too many shoe options.

The whole process of getting fitted for and purchasing new running shoes was seamless and enjoyable! Super friendly and informed staff who gave great advice related to shoes and running. Amazing customer service. One of the best in-store retail experiences I've had in a while. Got a great pair of shoes that fit perfect.

For every time I go to the store, I always get the best experience. Each of the employees always wants to find the best things for you, so we can continue running at our best. The stores have become my favorite place to visit, even more than any restaurant I eat at. Weird, I know lol.

Really friendly atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Paige helped mom and me pick really good shoes that are so comfortable. We were there about a month ago so I wanted to test my shoes out before writing this review. I can say that it was worth the $$$!! My feet are happy when I’m on a walk/ run. Edit: I didn’t mention this before that one of the reasons our shoes worked out for us was because feet fleet has this machine that measures feet. Which shows how high/ low your arch is, which part of the feet you put a-lot of pressure on, etc. Helps the staff allocate proper shoes best fit for your feet. And I can say I’ve never had shoes I didn’t have to break it in first. I got to know my right running shoe size & type & confidently orders them online now.
