Patio Splash Hot Tubs

We recently purchased a Bullfrog hot tub here. We had a great experience that started with us visiting the Firestone Showroom on a Saturday. Stephen was very helpful and attentive and gave us a price proposal. No high pressure. We slept on it and came back Saturday and finished the deal. They agreed to deliver the tub in 2-3 weeks and it was just over 2. DJ called ahead for the delivery and removal of our old hot tub as they said they would and were in the time frame agreed. DJ and Earnest did a great job getting old one out and new one in and assembled. They went over setup and maintenance with me and gave written instructions. Once I got the power connected and the spa filled the startup went as they indicated and we really love our new hot tub. Overall great experience and would recommend you ask for Stephen. Since I live in Firestone and drive by every day I stopped back by with a question I had and Stephen was there. He quickly answered my question by providing some inside information that was not provided in the manufacturer instructions and also followed up with two rubber duckies for my grandkids as they were out when we were there before.

We receently purchased a hot tub from Patio Splash in Firestone during the Thanksgiving Special and felt we got a great deal. Sales guy was GREAT and not pushy at all, very informative and answered all of our questions. Delivery was quick and the two delivery guys were great as well. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish and would definately tell all of my family and friends to go to them in the future for any hot tub needs.

Wonderful experience with Patio Splash! They worked hard to get us a spa within our budget and were super helpful with providing information about different models, maintenence tips, and cost. Our electrician made a mistake wiring the tub and they had someone out within the day to fix it. I have high hopes for our tub! Thanks guys!

Now that we have had delivery I want to also comment at how helpful Ernest, DJ, MJ, Bobby and Tisha have been. A very responsive and helpful team overall!

We recently purchased a used Bullfrog spa from our neighbor and went to Patio Splash to get supplies. They had good advice on what we needed for the initial cleaning and setup as well as long term maintenance. The following day they walked me through setting up water treatment cycles on the spa and helped clear an airlock in one of the pumps in a simple 5 minute call. Very personable - highly recommended based on overall experience.

My husband and I had talked about getting a hot tub for quite awhile and finally took a Saturday to do some shopping around to see what we could learn. Patio Splash, Firestone, was our first and only stop that day. Steven was thorough, efficient and friendly as he showed us the differences in hot tubs. We ended up purchasing a Bull Frog; I mean, the jet pack options was the selling point for sure. Ernest and DJ delivered the hot tub several weeks later and did an excellent job of maneuvering it onto our deck, getting everything set up and ready for filling, and were friendly and professional. It has been a great experience and we are totally enjoying our Bull Frog hot tub!

My mother was considering purchasing a hot tub and wanted to have a better understanding of what the maintenance and pricing would be. I took her to Patio Splash Hot Tubs in September of 2022 to get a few questions answered before she made a final decision about making the investment. Steven, the personable sales representative we met, was thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions so we could make a choice to fit our needs. We came back a few hours later ready to buy the same day after going home to discuss - we weren't pressured to purchase and we felt informed/confident about our decision after reviewing the information provided by Steven.
The Bullfrog spa we chose was delivered and setup ahead of the estimated timeframe. The delivery crew was also friendly, took care during setup, and went over everything we needed to do to get our spa working after they left.
After using our hot tub for the past 6 months, we are pleased that Steven did give us an honest, competent assessment of the ease of use and maintenance of our spa. We are very happy with our purchase and the fantastic customer service experience whenever we stop in with additional questions or to purchase chemicals for upkeep.

I purchased a Bullfrog spa from Patio Splash in Longmont. Cody demonstrated all the features and various configurations. He did a great job, is very knowledgeable and knows the product(s) well. I've owned two pretty nice hot tubs in the past, but the Bullfrog is a step above in quality, design, energy efficiency, and massage power. I love it! DJ and Rico delivered it with care to a pretty tight spot, without any issues. Great delivery guys. The electrician that was recommended, Bornschein Electric, did a great job completing the install. I'm very happy with how the process and install was done. And the hot tub makes my back feel so much better.

We bought a hot tub from Patio Splash and had a fantastic experience. The product quality is great, we can’t believe how low maintenance ours is. The customer service is why we decided to buy here instead of online. The expertise from sale to installation to random questions is 100% . On top of that, everyone we have interacted with is competent AND friendly. We are thrilled we bought here.

A big shout out to Patio Splash technician, Bobby. Bobby came to our home today to work on our hot tub and spent most of his day fixing some very important issues. Throughout the day, Bobby text and called me several times to keep me informed of his progress. Bobby was prompt, professional, and polite while working on our spa. He solved every issue we had and got us back up and running before the day was over! It gives us peace of mind knowing that Patio Splash sends the best service techs available to solve their customers needs. Thank you Bobby for your hard work! We appreciate you!

Saturday March 19 we went to Patio Splash with our 4 year old grand daughter to look at hot tubs. Cody Greiman patiently walked us through all the details of the Bullfrog Spas. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He worked hard to offer us a terrific deal and answered all of our questions. Although we were not planning on purchasing that day, Cody made us comfortable enough to make the purchase. The only stipulation from our granddaughter was that we should get a spa with water in it. If you are looking for a spa, I highly recommend Cody and Patio Splash in Firestone. It is worth the drive.

Patio Splash was the 2nd hot tub store I visited while purchasing my hot tub. Tisha was there and did an amazing job of going over what separates a Bullfrog spa from other spas. I feel in love with the jet pack design but didn’t want to rush in to a decision. After spending 2 weeks going to 6 or 7 other spa stores. I kept on thinking about the Bullfrogs. After decided that a Bullfrog was the right tub for my family and I, I called Tisha and told her which tub we liked. She went to work and found the perfect tub for us and was even able to get it delivered in less than a week after we purchased it. We ended up getting the R8L delivered about 3 weeks ago and we absolutely love it!! Couldn’t be happier with the tub and with the service we have received from Patio Splash!!

My husband and I started at Patio Splash for our hot tub search and after chatting with Cody, we didn't feel the need to look anywhere else! Cody did a great job with explaining all of the different options, and definitely made it an easy choice to choose a Bullfrog hottub. We ordered one that day and can't wait to get it!

Today we went in not sure if we really were ready for this purchase. We have never owned a hot tub and had no idea how much they would cost to buy and maintain. Cody walked us through everything. From how their hot tubs work, all the technology behind them, theirs vs other brands, how to maintain and how each of their 18 different jet options worked. He showed us all the options in our budget and then gave time for me and my husband to talk numbers privately (this is VERY rare). We walked out with purchasing our dream hot tub with everything we wanted and more. I cannot praise enough how helpful and efficient Cody was. If youve ever even thought about getting a hot tub, this is the place to go!

Jerry your splash hot tub technician came to our home, drained, cleaned, removed the hot tub panels, inspected the plumbing, pumps, the works, he refilled the tub, sprayed out all the ports and thoroughly cleaned the entire tub. Nothing short of professional, courteous and outstanding work. Very pleased with his attention to detail. He also pointed out errors we had in maintenance of the tub. Cheers! Thank so much!

Cody in Firestone was wonderful to work with. Although we could really use the hot tub now, we understand the current challenges with supply/demand for this market. We were a previous 10 year Cal Spa owner. The Bullfrog does cost more however when you look at how versatile the jet packs are; it’s a no brainer. Other spas, you’re stuck with what you purchased. We will definitely recommend this store & Cody to family & friends. The difference is “honesty”. We’re counting the days for ours to arrive but are confident we won’t be disappointed.

I was shocked and a little concerned when I was told it would be an 8 month wait for my new hot tub. Patio Splash did not disappoint though. It arrived when they said it would and is a beautiful product. I was a bit particular about where and how to do the install but in the end I let the pros do it and was very happy. Steven and Billy Jack had it all figured out and did a great job. I got the power hooked up at 5pm last night and by coffee time this morning I jumped in. Heaven on earth. I can't wait for the big moon tonight. Well worth the wait!!

Patio Splash offers GREAT customer service and quality products! We went into the Firestone location on Friday, found models we liked, worked with Aaron Calvo and felt very informed upon leaving. Aaron followed up Saturday morning to get our decision and put our hot tub on hold. We completed paperwork in less than an hour on Sunday. It’s been such a seamless experience and it feels good to make a big purchase and not feel like you were “sold” on something you didn’t want. MJ handles setting up delivery and is doing all she can to meet our hopes for delivery, which we appreciate so much! We are so excited to get our hot tub and are happy we chose the right dealer.
