This home depot is just awesome! We always buy all our home projects needs here because of their great and friendly service here. The customer service here is excellent and always willing to accommodate the customer. One person I want to personally call out is their Assistant Manager, Chris. He knows every inch of this store like a walking computer inventory system. He will stop whatever he is doing to help you out. Everyone here is super awesome!

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Trey, and Kathy at Home Depot for a recent event, and I can't say enough about their exceptional service and dedication. Their participation and assistance were instrumental in making our event a resounding success. Trey and Kathy, who host the Kids Workshops at the store, are absolutely phenomenal. Their warmth, kindness, and passion for their work truly shine through, making every interaction with families a memorable one. And Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He demonstrated a level of commitment and professionalism that truly sets Home Depot apart. If you haven't experienced the Kids Workshops hosted by Trey and Kathy, you're missing out on an incredible opportunity to engage with your community and have a blast doing it. Employees are customer service focused. Whoever sees this can you respond if you have experienced Home Depot Loosing your murchandise for any length of time or, not having you're merchandise or all of your will call orders, been frustrated as you and an employee search the store but the merchandise is lost.
If you're an employee, my software is going to make your life so much easier by not having anymore lost inventory, clearance, no having these issues any more. All clearance will be tracked. This system will work with any inventory system. This system i designed will give your company high ratings and by having this software application., you will be contributing to helping to fix the 70% of environmental damage retail causes worldwide.

I shopped online and located the item I wanted and was able to locate the item on the correct aisle and bin that was given to me online. That made my shopping experience easy and very quick. I also like that there is a veteran discount. We always get great service and help too.

Great place to get healthy flowers and plants! A good variety to choose from and everything you need to garden.

I have to say the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This Home Depot is amazing! Eddie in flooring was hands down the best staff member this store has! Eddie, you really helped my Aunt Nancy greatly with her turf project! Kudos to you! Wonderful people like you still exist!

Came in today to get a multitude of plumbing parts and found everything easy!!
Plumbing department was well stocked.
Trey and Rosie were both very charming at checkout and informed me of a program that allows businesses to get kickbacks that we've been missing out on for years!

This is a great Home Depot. Easy to find help. Had everything we needed and the employees are very nice. $1.98 poinsettia!!

The staff at the store have been helpful and friendly, but one gentleman in particular has made my trips to Home Depot a lot easier. I cannot speak highly enough of Paul Lawson. I know this man's name BECAUSE he's helped me so much. Whether it's product location, pipe fitting instructions or his general knowledge of most things construction, he deserves recognition, as he's already earned my respect. Thanks Paul!

I have had good and bad customer service at Home Depot in the past for today the people in customer service at the Firestone Home Depot and the store manager were exceptional today. Best customer service ever.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I get quality help from people who know what they are doing. And if unsure- they will refer me to someone who does know.

Wonderful and extremely helpful experience. The wife and I went in to purchase a 6in inline fan. At first it seemed the item was out of stock, but just as we were leaving the store the very kind associate who had previously helped us found us and had our desired item! Both him and another associate had worked together to help us, with their fantastic service and knowledge of the store to locate our item. We appreciate you both very much! Thank you for your help.

Coming back from Denver today, stopped into the Home Depot in Firestone, CO. We met Stacy while in plumbing ..... she saved the day! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She put our plumbing project together in minutes! We really appreciate her!

This homedepot has friendly staff that make eye contact and say hello. There always seems to be enough people to ask for help. They are stocked in everything. I drive from Longmont to this store regularly because of the people and the stock.

I shop a lot of Home Depot’s throughout the state and this one is by far my favorite. Chris the lawn and garden supervisor was very helpful and great to deal with. Matt who seemed to be the store manger, was a great help as well when I had an issue with a product. I love coming to this store! Stay safe during this tough time and thank you for being there.

Clean/stocked location, friendly knowledgeable staff. Kathy & Rock in the paint department were kind enough to let me exchange my gallon of paint which I wasn't satisfied with...I know most places won't normally do that. At the end of the day she said she just wanted her customers to be happy, she kindly informed me about the different paint sizes I can buy next time for future reference. I am happy with the service I received so I am deciding to leave a good review. The Longmont location wouldn't let me exchange my gallon of paint and I'm glad this location did me a favor. I appreciate it a lot & will decide to do my future shopping here. Plus beautiful garden section!
