Tim Hortons

I love the drive thru here in the morning. The people are very friendly and look forward to seeing them. They start my day off very well. Wish there were more doughnut selections. Coffee is great.

Placed a last minute $187 order at 6:30am.
Team took the order and handled quickly. Great food, great service, great team.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Great food when they have what I order. Go there daily

Had a great experience on Monday morning! The morning staff were quick and so friendly; they even wished me a wonderful work week! My order was correct too, so no complaints from me :)

5/26/23, coffe was just terrible, if u using 100% Arabica beans, coffe must taste great, thus one just no good at all.

Tim Hortons is amazing. I always get Tim Hortons when I come to Ohio. It has been a tradition that my Grandpa started when I was a child. We would get their donuts before church or after church. My Gra dma and I went today and we were able to remember my Grandpa getting the donuts. Thank you for the memories we got to remember getting donuts today.

I recommend the Carmel macchiato and the blueberry muffins. Always good service. Helpful with suggestions if something you want isn't available. I like the orange juice too. It's unsweetened.😋

Brianna was very nice, she kept a smile and eye contact. And she moved with a friendly gesture and has outstanding customer service.

Great drive through team!

The restaurant was very clean and orderly. They seemed very well organized. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. There was a tall young man named Aaron who took his job very serious. I will be returning in the future!

I went thru the drive thru, it was great service, one of their machines were down that I wanted the drink from, she gave me Pumpkin spice in my coffee for free. I will say it was def different then the service even I went inside 2 weeks ago. I don't think the woman spoke a word to me.

Love the coffee n donuts especially the glazed ones.
I’m really picky when it comes to donuts because they either serve them dry or serve you old donuts.
Their donuts always taste fresh to me
As for their Customer service they are pretty good.

Everyone was very nice the food was hot

Staff was pleasant with the morning rush and most importantly the frozen hot chocolate machine was working at this location. The frozen hot chocolate machine has been down for weeks at the South Hamilton Road location.

They're quick in the drive through, got our order right and the food was great!

By far the most efficient Tim Horton's I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

Lovee Tim Horton. Good coffee, especially when it's a fresh brew. Good place for a cheap cup of good coffee and great donuts!

I never sit in line for more than 4 minutes , they have never messed up my.order, the employees are always so polite 😊
