Caliber Collision

Our car was damaged by thieves when they broke into it to steal the back pillow in the back seat. They did loot the trunk, where our emergency kits were. They tried to pry open the door (damaging both the front and back door and the pillar); when they could not, they damaged the front bumper (probably with the crowbar) and destroyed the right side mirror, before smashing the window. This was done in a locked, lighted parking garage, brazenly, in front of witnesses. The security camera got the license number, and has a picture of the truck. They seemed to not care, as when/if they are arrested, they will just be let out of custody immediately.

I took it into this site (my insurance company uses Caliber a lot), and they knew I was coming as Caliber, insurance company and rental company are all tied together by computer. It was super easy. I dropped the car off, the insurance company took care of all the estimates, got me a rental car (that came and picked me up at the shop), and paid the shop directly. Kevin was fabulous. He knew all the pieces of the puzzle from parts sourcing to project managing, to keeping me informed. The only bad part was waiting for all the parts to be shipped (something all shops have in common right now). When it was supposed to be done, I noticed some very fresh damage on the front bumper that had not been fixed, and Kevin took care of it all. When it was done, he drove my car to my condo, and picked up the rental, and took care of everything there. They cleaned the entire car two times (after most of the broken glass was vacuumed out), and it looks spotless. Well done, team Caliber!!!

They recently repaired my Prius after the catalytic converter was stolen. They did a great job and they were quick and efficient about it. They regularly provided updates. The whole process was top notch. I would highly recommend.

*I do have to mention that they are suffering from back orders due to the lack of how long items are getting to them, but it's not their fault!* It did take two months for my car to be serviced, but they had my car ready in 2 1/2 half weeks, my car looked brand new like the day I bought it. Kevin and Jessica and their staff accommodated and gave me the best experience since I had never took my car to a body shop. I honestly had a great experience, i'm grateful for their assistance and everyone who worked on my car! Totally recommend!

Finally, I had a chance to take my vehicle back in to figure out why the lock/unlock button on the front-right passenger door wasn't working after body work. (I knew it was a wire/cable because I could hear the window scrape in it when raising and lowering.)

Was told to drop in at noon to have the issue rectified and was out of there within thirty minutes. Sweet beans.

Repair shop used because it is partnered with our insurance.
But, after 2nd visit at this shop, I would use them independently if ever I needed work done on a vehicle. I have recommended this shop to a couple of friends. The shop is reliable and consistent in their work.

A lamp pole fell and hit my vehicle on the passenger side. Caliber Collision inspected my vehicles damage along with an estimate, set a date for completion and received my vehicle under a week later.

The staff there are very customer service oriented. They kept me updated the whole time and are fast at replying to any questions that I had. They even went out of their way to fix my lights. I would highly recommend them. The car was super clean when I got it back. Cleaner than when I brought it there, which was a major plus point for me!

Miguel must be new to this location but he definitely isn't new to the industry. If every automotive body repair shop had such a reliable and consistent honest easy going and confident individuals such as him Miguel then women like myself wouldn't have to worry about trusting our cars in the hands of people we don't know. As a women going to any mechanic or auto body shop can often feel intimidating. However this was not the case here, the manger was professional and polite in explaining everything to me. They did a great job on repairing the damage in a timely manner and even matched the color perfectly. You can’t even tell anything happen. I would recommend this location and will be a repeat customer.

Josiah and Ashley were great to work with. I had a bumper and rear gate replaced on my Volkswagen. It was like brand new when I received it. They kept me up to date with my repairs through voicemail and text messages. Given the current slow down in supply chain for parts, they handled my repair very professionally. Great communication and customer service, highly recommended.

I had to get my drivers side door replaced. Isaac, the Service Advisor I worked with kept me informed throughout including when the part was received and when the work was expected to be completed. The work was very good as the damage was restored to original quality. I would recommend using this place because of the timely quality work received.
