I have had such a wonderful experience at this shop not only with the work that was done on my car (front end/paint) But the outstanding customer service, feels more like being treated as part of the family.

I have had quite the year with my car it's a 2001 Benz so parts are very difficult to find and owning one is also expensive (but worth it), and being as things are expensive in general just living. I was suggested Ed's Scientific by my boyfriend and I was very nervous as my car is like my baby (literally), but I also trusted him in the decision. For which I am soo grateful I did!

Jenny which is the wonderful lady that practically runs the entire front end of things. Is very professional, super positive, understanding, and respectful. She emailed and updated me every single day that my car was in shop (the spa as I call it) Jennys smile and wonderful positive attitude plays a very big role on how I felt when I dropped my car for the first time, I felt like I could trust them in that taking of of my car, her assurance was genuine.

As for the body shop, wow!! wonderful, absolutely wonderful job everything there was clean and tidy when we came in, where you didn't see a lot scattered things. I knew they were professional as well as organized. When I came to pick my car up after it was done Ed had met us outside and as soon as I seen Silvie (my car) I started crying in absolute joy and happiness! Since I've had her I've never seen her look so good he also went out of his way and painted on areas that needed small touch-ups and waxed and cleaned her before I came to pick Silvie up.

Amazingly honest, caring, experienced, hardworking, dedicated shop!! I wish I could give them more than five stars. I will definitely be back for any bodywork I may have in the future and also highly suggest to others if you want to feel like you're taking it to your dad's house to get it worked on that's the place to go!

Ed's Scientific never fails. We have been taking our vehicles there for body damage for a couple of years and we have been very pleased with their service every time. Jenny, who runs the front office, is a gem! She knows her way around insurance adjusters and payments. We never have to worry what our outcome will be because we know she has it taken care of. I would 100% recommend their business to anyone.

A Mercedes’ service shop directed me to come to Ed’s. I came here to get my vehicle repaired and went through insurance of the other party. The entire process was very smooth and repairs were high quality + efficient. They are very good and really know what they are doing.

Ed, Jenny, and all the staff here make you feel that they truly care and are passionate about the place.

Unfortunately, someone hit my car and I needed to find an auto body shop. Not being from the Bay Area originally, I didn't really know of a good place, but luckily my mechanic recommended Ed's Scientific! I couldn't be more happy with my experience! They were able to take my car right away and had it fixed within a week. The car looks like brand new! On top of them doing a great job with the car, all of their staff was so friendly and did a great job with communication to update me on the status of the repair. I couldn't be more satisfied and cannot recommend them enough! I hope I don't need my car fixed again in the future, but if I do, I'm so happy to know about Ed's Scientific! Thank you again for such wonderful service!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Ed and Jenny are fantastic. My ID4 came in with serious cosmetic damage all over and they made it look brand new. There was even a problem afterward and they took care of that issue out of pocket no questions asked. 10/10 customer service! I’ll be coming back if I have any issues in the future.

They did a great job replacing and painting, and even did a little extra for free. I got a few quotes, and Ed's was the best value without nickel and diming. They were fast, as well as nice & communicative.

We have been coming here for about 10 years.
Anytime having been from car accidents to a new paint job they are on point and spectacular color matches. The customer appreciation and service is always consistent. The work is always completed in a timely manner and they communicate which I love when there is any concern. They work with almost any insurance company. I won’t take my car anywhere else as I have a custom paint color and no one else can match as good as Ed.

Ed and Jenny were fantastic. Loved their service, communication and I recommend them for your auto body repairs.

I almost want to thank the jerk driver who swiped my car while it was parked on the street and took off my side view mirror.... because without that happening I would not have found Ed's Scientific! What a remarkably great place- I could not recommend Ed (and Jenny) more!

They were both extremely kind, honest, responsive and went above and beyond at every step of the process. I called around and was quoted twice the price and three times the turn around time. Ed's is high value and high satisfaction. They even cleaned my absolutely filthy car!
