i usually dont give reviews but this place was worthy of one. worked with Juan and his team to get my car back into shape and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. it looks brand new as if nothing ever happened. even offered to replaced my cracked fog light with only the cost of getting the part. i hope i dont get into another accident but if i do, im for sure coming back here and i highly reccomend this shop to everyone else as well.

R&S Hacienda is very responsive and worked very well with my insurance company. Everyone I met with was friendly, courteous and informative. They gave me great advice for discouraging auto theft in the future. My husband had his Buick repaired a few months ago, that wasn’t insurance related, and we received the same great service so it was very nice knowing we would have the best experience with my Yukon.

I was involved in a hit-and-run with my rear bumper badly damaged. My insurance recommended B&S Hacienda, and I couldn't be happier. The facility is wonderful and clean, and the entire staff was professional, friendly and courteous. The work was completed fairly quickly (earlier than estimated). A big shout out to Jesse who took great care of my vehicle and all paperwork. Highly recommended.

The B&S auto shop on Mabury Rd was awesome. After an accident we took our car here to get fixed. They were incredibly thorough finding all the damages (scratches, dents, etc,) and matching the paint perfectly. Jesse explained exactly what was needed, provided a drawing of the location of the damages, and answered ALL my questions. The whole team at that location was super nice, knowledgeable and responsive and Jesse was amazing to work with. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend them if you want a high quality thorough job done on your car.

Above and beyond service. I brought my chevy volt in for a rear bumper accident. The process was pretty straight forward. They repaired the bumper with OEM parts with lifetime warranty.

I came in and just expected my bumper to be fixed and surprisingly they also fixed scratches in other parts of the car. Even cleaned my car inside and out including all the dog hair :D. Equally importantly, everyone seem really happy working there which reflects the service that I received.

Took my entegra launch class b rv (2022 sprinter body) for some big repairs to the front and right side after getting in an unfortunate accident. They did a great job! Lots of communication, easy to work with and everyone was friendly. They also dealt with my insurance for me! Great business. Id use them again. Oh and they have the mercedes certification!

Let me start off by saying B&S Hacienda is the best body shop I have ever dealt with! Juan is a great guy and stayed in communication through out the whole process of the recall paint job of my Toyota Prius. He called me and updated me through the whole process and took lots of pictures to show me everything his team worked on and repaired. Juan and his teams’ attention to detail can’t be matched! B&S Hacienda Auto body, did a great job with my Malibu the damage was minor but they did a thorough job to make sure it was 100% right, and they have excellent customer service they kept me informed through the whole repair process.

This is the third time I have used them. Their customer service is Excellent and I am so happy with how my car looks. Prices are reasonable and they go above and beyond.
