Love this store! Super friendly staff. Answered my questions and took me right to the products I was in search of. Prices were good too.

Amazing place with excellent service. The gentleman I was helped by was very patient even though I asked way too many questions. They were able to make meaningful suggestions and they were very attentive. This is a place that will be my new permanent stop.

First time first impressions were great! Big selection of items for all your smoke needs, and even some extras. Wish I got the name of the woman who helped me, she was awesome in helping me find what I need, and answered all my questions - very knowledgeable 😁.

The customer service is fantastic! I went in not knowing what I wanted to buy for my boyfriends birthday, but the guy working was so helpful and showed me all sorts of different stuff until I found what I was looking for. I will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

They didn't have what I was looking for, nevertheless I was recommended to another Pandoras Box in town and given a potential discount if the other shop did have what I wanted. They didn’t either, but still, that level of cooperation needs recognized. Thank you Pandora's Box, you guys are awesome.

I was very glad to find white sage there. I can't find that anywhere in town except at the Pasco Flea Market. (But they are only open on weekends.) The girl working there was very knowledgeable and the store was very organized.

Must have fixed to staff problem nothing but helping hands, And smiley faces everytime I walk in. Owners great, friendly and isn't a total stiff when it comes to the posted price tag. As I've returned time and time again I don't see any reasonable explination why I would need to switch head shops. I highly recommend Pandoras Box to everyone for any head shop needs. Only flaw iv inncointered is the shipments never when expected lol just couple days out so no big deal!

The best shop I've seen . They have it all high end to low end. I will defiantly be back. The owner lad y was especially helpful and very hot liking . I will be back just to see her! Lgd

Better prices than other places in the area. Employee worked with us on price with a replacement when a piece we bought broke on the first use. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Visited the store a few times and each visit was a great experience. Helpful staff and great selection on pieces. Definitely will be returning.

After selling me my vape pen at the Umatilla store they have failed to reorder the coils after repeatedly being asked. The Kennewick store had on hand a whole drawer full. The insert in the evo two plainly stated that coils will need to replaced periodically. The umatilla store is spending the money on upgrading stuff without realizing they are now priced above what their customers who gave them cash are willing or able to spend.

The staff here are just amazing. Product knowledge is impeccable. Witty and professional at the same time. I highly recommend.

Lots of choices..., for a smoke shop. If you can't find it there, you probably won't. The people who work there are each very lovely in their own individual right.
