Great Mexican food! Fast service and good portions. It's a food truck/bus that is permanently parked. A few tables of seating are available outdoors. We came out from Yellowstone fairly late (9:30 pm) and were looking for good food that would be ready quick we were more than impressed and definitely chose the right place! Highly recommend.

This is an excellent taco truck! The food is authentic and the salsas are great. The menu is huge, but somehow the service is still pretty quick. They have plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas to save you from the sun.

Great quality and filling food. Service was awesome and extremely helpful. They guided us to the food that we would like (vegan and healthy).

Place is bit hard to find as google maps directs to a wrong location, like 100 ft away. Seating is outside and plenty.

Great food from a unique location. Head up to the front window to place your order. You can pick up the food and sit at a handful of tables by the bus. Portions were huge so you get a lot of food for your money. Carnitas quesadilla and veggie burrito were both very good.

What a super fun experience! We saw this place on the way to our cabin in Island Park the day before and just knew we had to stop at some point. The ladies working the 'taco bus' are super friendly. The food comes out quick and is legit! It's a bit pricey, but you'll enjoy your meal for sure.

We drove by several other times and the tables were always full and there was often a line. Park across the street in the free lot; easy walk over. :)

Came here after a long day inside Yellowstone. After waiting long lines of traffic I didn't want to wait long lines for dinner either.

I got lucky this place was not busy... But let me tell you this food was delicious!

Their cost was also very competitive compared to the tourist trap restaurants around.

Excellent Mexican Food at a reasonable price, despite being a touristy area.

Their corn tortillas are homemade. They grille their flour tortillas to give them a nice flavor. There’s salsa, red and Verde, are delicious.

You can’t go wrong with the street tacos or anything else on the menu. Everything that we tried was excellent. In fact while we stayed in West Yellowstone we came back multiple times to enjoy this nice Mexican food.

Coming from Florida where there are nice “taquerias” it was refreshing to find this place. Don’t confuse this with Tex-Mex please.

MAGIC SCHOOL BUS OF YOUR DREAMS. The best burrito of my life came from here, and this is a bold statement coming from a Californian! The guys at Blue Ribbon Fly Shop recommended this place to our group two years ago. Don’t even look at the menu, just trust me and order the chicken burrito. Get their hot salsa too.

The portions of food in Montana are massive, and this place is no exception. Take half with you, or split it with a friend. Either way, come here and support these good folks making what I presume to be the best Mexican food in the state out of this cute little bus.

Amazing food truck that serves delicious Mexican food. Has good outdoor seating. We got the Chicken Nachos with a side of big Guac 🥑 , Carne Asada, and fried fish 🐠 . The fried fish took about 20 mins and was totally worth it. Nachos were loaded with chicken and the Carne Asada was tender and juicy. Tortillas were hot and fresh. Highly recommended if you’re in West Yellowstone and like Mexican food.

I spotted Taqueria Malverde when I was driving around West Yellowstone and I'm really glad we decided to stop in! This is authentic food truck Mexican food.

I had a Chile Relleno and asada street tacos; both we're outstanding. The Chile Relleno wasn't terribly spicy, so I had to add a little more kick. The street tacos were flavorful and I loved the salsas provided -- jalapeno salsa verde (medium) and the fiery habanero (burn your butt spicy).

Of course, as with any traditional Mexican food, I had to get a medio litro of soda and a couple of Jarritos.

Very interested in trying the horchata next time I'm in town!

Taco truck in West, Yellowstone. We arrived in West, Yellowstone on day 3 of our 12 day road trip from San Antonio,Texas to Seattle, Washington to Yellowstone and back. Let me tell you something, Texans know a little something about Mexican food and this little food truck was the drop of sunshine our souls needed.

The food was SUPERB! The service was A+, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

After driving almost 3000 miles and being on the road for 50+ hrs, this was the comfort we needed and the welcome we never expected.

We sat there for almost 2 hrs soaking in the experience and couldn't help but be thankful for the great food before heading into Yellowstone for the next 4 days.

I tried this truck food returning from Yellowstone with full hungry. Food’s are very delicious and price is reasonable. The environment makes us having street food in India. Food taste was unique and 100% pure Mexican.

This is good Mexican food this side of West Yellowstone. The dinner rush hour was pretty sizeable despite Covid-19. The employees were all wearing face masks and gloves and still making good food. It's family owned. Plus, it's outdoors so very well ventilated. The wait time for food depends on the amount of orders made before you.
We got standard items like the Quesadillas with meat and the Carne asada. Both very delicious. The portions were way more than enough! I think it has a very good bang for your buck at this joint.

If you’re on the fence, just do yourself a favor and go here! This place is SERIOUSLY bomb and I tend to be very picky about my Mexican food. We came here in a whim as we didn’t have much time and opted against a drive thru, and I am so glad we did. The staff was nice, the food came out quick, the seating area was incredibly clean and the food was so drool worthy- I got the steak gordita, my fiancé had street tacos and we both got a side of rice and beans, all delicious! ❤

This place is the best, we ate here several meals a day sometimes. Only thing I could complain about is the guy wiping down the tables was smoking near people trying to eat.

WoW! After a day of YELLOWSTONE we stumbled upon a hidden bus with a Mexican Food Sign. What's a Find right outside West Entrance of Yellowstone! Most Deliciously Authentic at a price that beats out competition. Shared the Al Pastor Sope, chicken enchilada, carne asada taco, Al Pastor mulita, & milanesa plate. They have 2 spicy levels: Non-Spicy (3 out of 10) & So Spicy it will stand hairs and get you sweating (8 out of 10). I loved the roastedness of the latter. Their enchilada is made with a very mild red sauce. Totally recommend eating inside and listening to the Matriarch running the show or making conversation with whoever is inside. Their passion and love is tasted with every bite. A must stop for everyone visiting the area. BTW we usually don't, but had to take the same order TO-GO! Saluzita y Buen provecho!

Very very delicious Mexican food. After having lunch here we got so much energized that we could roam around the Yellowstone National Park till the dark. Highly recommend
