We had a great stay. Close to the park and just the rustic feel we wanted.
Would stay there again

I stayed at The Bucking Moose on three separate occasions during a trip to Yellowstone in late April/early May. I stayed in "The Loft", "The Lynx Room" and "The Rabbit Room". (Long story but we were moving around a lot during this trip and thus only spent one night each time we stayed in West Yellowstone.)
Property was clean, rooms were spacious enough (especially the loft which has two rooms including a kitchenette and three queen-sized beds.) However, the bathrooms were extremely tight in the rooms I stayed in and there was a small brad nail sticking up out of the transition to the bathroom in The Lynx Room. The rabbit room also has the mechanical access closet but that didn't bother us. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

There is no front desk so check in is super easy -- just put the code that is emailed to you into the door keypad. I only had to call management once but they were easy to get ahold of via phone.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect little rooms, very clean. Centrally located. Keurig, stocked bathroom, AC, TV, privacy. Easy to follow emails and check in instructions. Also I ate the bag of complementary salt water taffy 😋

We absolutely loved The Bucking Moose! Family friendly, each to book, great location within walking distance of everything in West Yellowstone. Super comfy and it was nice to be able to use the kitchen when we didn’t want to go out.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cabin. The beds were comfortable and super clean. There were two TVs with DirecTV connected to both. A nice dining table for eating at. Plenty of heaters to keep warm at night. Also 2 AC window units. The wifi was decently fast as well. It's in a prime location literally minutes from Yellowstone's west entrance. And walking distance from most restaurants and shops in town. Next time I come I'll definitely stay here again.

Had a reservation at their other property called Elkhorn Cabins and Inn and were moved to this property because of an issue with our original cabin reservation. They notified us in advance and were very accommodating. The cabins are very cozy and comfortable and a perfect place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. We will definitely be back!

This place is 10/10! The location is perfect. The host is very kind, quick to respond, and provided us with everything we needed. Dog friendly too! We would love to come back!

We rented the family cottage with 8 family members. It was well worth the price. 2½ baths, dishwasher, washer+dryer made it even easier. Front desk was wonderful with local recommendations and had a great free coffee bar set up. 5 minutes to the Park.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Our family has returned again and again over the years, and would not consider staying any where else! Would highly recommend Moose Creek Cabins to everyone.

My family and I stayed in an adorable little cabin. It was sized perfectly, clean, and cozy. Free Wi-Fi, fridge, and microwave. Conveniently located close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Loved it!

Perfect hotel and location with a neat & clean cabin feel. We needed assistance with something in our room and the owner personally saw to it immediately.

Cute and cozy. The room has all The amenities you need. The staff (Dan) was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us advice on where to eat and made us a pot of decaf when we came back from dinner.

Awesome loft cabin with three Queen beds and one that has a bed in a loft. Very unique!

Funky cabins, nice rooms inside. A/C was a little weird jury-rigged but it worked.

A must recommend cabin. Very cozy, very clean, nice stuff.

Perfect launch point for our Yellowstone vacation.
