My favorite Starbucks to go to! It’s out of my way since I moved, but the service and coffee is worth it. Julian makes my day every time I see him. He’s the best!

Can't comment on atmosphere because we've only been drive-thru here. South Melrose has always been the most consistent in quality. Last Saturday they nailed it. Two great hot chai.

Love being able to drive thru and pick up a drink that I've pre-ordered on my way to the office.

We came in with about 25 of El Captions Winter Guard & it was smooth & easy. The Starbucks employees are awesome for the way they handled all of us & they were very helpful & friendly. Thank you

Offers easy and quick online ordering and pick up in store or through driver through. Although the drive thru is usually so packed it is quicker to run in and grab your order. Employees are super nice and remember you when you come in and they make great drinks.

Stopped here today to get my free birthday drink, vente non fat vanilla latte. Drove through and totally forgot to place my order! The lady at the window was super sweet and took my order right there. Fast, friendly service! And of course gotta love the free birthday drink!

I always visit this Starbucks on my way to work... Today they were extremely busy at around 10:40, I had been waiting to put in my coffee order, Brittany had approached the counter and instantly greeted me even with all the chaos was super professional and friendly. Got my order and was unfortunately out of the product that I had ordered and payed for, but she went ahead and suggested something different and asked if I would prefer a refund. She gave me the most amazing customer service! Thank you Brittany!

Friendly people work here. They sometimes have a line in the morning drive through but it moves quick! I go here because of the great service, quickness, and they always have what I order whether it's a sandwich box, drink, pastry, or panini.

Fast and unusually kind service. The baristas working the register are always cheerful and friendly. I've never been through the drive-thru but the lobby service is great and very fast.

My SB next to my work. Perfectly located so that you can get in and get out quickly. Has a drive thru, but i normally order thru the app anyway... I'm so in n out so fast... That's what she said right?

They have lots of milk options and a ton of syrup choices. I got my usual decaf sugar free vanilla soy latte from here when Dunkin was closed and it was great.

Super friendly staff and quick to get their orders out.. if you need a boost of energy on the fly the fast service makes this a go to spot

Great location for working on laptop. Good food options adjacent (sushi, Mexican , sandwiches). Busy for drive thru but fairly quiet inside.

Friendly and fast walk in service. Typical Starbuck's fare. Clean and conveniently located off of Melrose ave with a drive thru.

Some of the nicest workers here. Fast even when busy! Long drive thru line? Go inside. There is usually almost no wait.
