From the moment Max answered my phone call. He was very professional, nice, polite, kind, energetic and very helpful. When I actually came in the store, Max was everything he was over the phone, but even better. However Max was on his way to lunch. So he left me in great hands with Bill, who was also polite, kind and very helpful. Thank you guys for everything.

I came in tonight in need of a headlight. Max ensured I had the correct bulb and then took the time to install it and help me out. He wanted to make sure that I had no issues with it and that it worked before I drove away. You can definitely tell that they care about their customers and that they are willing to take the time out to help make things easier.

The staff at this location (Angel in particular) is incredibly knowledgeable about many facets of car repair/maintenance. We’ve had the pleasure of her guidance with multiple intimidating projects. Surprisingly, their staff will even make time (when possible) to help with small jobs such as changing a battery or light. This time it was Max who jumped at the opportunity to team up for a quick fix. What a delight! This kind of service is above and beyond and keeps us coming back. It’s also given us the confidence to take part in our own car care- which is priceless.

I want to give a monumental shout out to Angel and Max!! They were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, and had a wealth of knowledge. These 2 are what make the difference as to why I won’t shop anywhere else for auto parts - their customer service alone was enough evidence that these people care and want to do a great job! Again, Angel and Max are one of a kind!!!!

Popped in as a result of a Google search for a new set of wiper blades, just to be difficult, each side requires a different size blade.
Despite of the initial challenges, it didn't really matter as the staff of this store walked me thru the whole thing making sure l got all the right stuff.
The new wiper blades work nice.

Angeleana and Serena are the best! This is the place to go for all of your automotive needs! If you don’t come here, you will be ripped off and regret it for the rest of your days. I’m talking full on nightmares at other places. Don’t even get me started on their expert knowledge of Toyota parts.

Serena and Angel were absolutely the most amazing people ever. Helped me diagnose the problem with my car and fix it. If it wasn’t for them my car would not be running right now. Thank you again Serena and Angel !!!

The service I recieved here by Serena and Angeleana was tremendous. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable associates and even helped me in gapping my spark plugs! I highly recommend this place as it is one of, if not the best O'rielly Auto Parts in town.

Came in not knowing how to to replace my cab air filter and one of the workers (Max) was incredibly helpful and pulled up videos and everything to help me out. Thank you very much, Max!

I buy auto parts professionally, I find the employees at the store very professional, very thorough especially angel is very knowleligible and even remember stuff. I've been working on 3 or 4 days ago. Very, very happy with them.

Went in to get glass cleaner and car wax .Will say they have a nice selection and found the exact wax I wanted. Went to check out and decided I might as well get new wipers also. Guy was really friendly and gave me a special on Rain X wipers.Plus he even installed them for me 👍. Made this girl's day!

Service there is great with very knowledgeable people attending to you. No women discrimination at all; so if you're a female needing some guidance or knowledge on your vehicle. They're very friendly to assist you and/or have female attendance there if you feel more comfortable with another woman. And if they don't have the part for you they can order that online for you as well.

I needed windshield wipers and Steven B, the man at the counter asked me about my vehicle and helped me choose the blades that best suited my needs. And then he asked me if I had the vehicle with me and VOLUNTEERED to put them on for me. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience here and will visit this store again.
