The store with the A-team on staff. Patient, communicative employees. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. While I was waiting for my turn, I observed the employees teach a disabled person how to use their phone, assist an elderly couple update their phone, and help non-English speakers buy a new phone. Crystal helped me and she was awesome. Explained the warranty to me, let me take my time picking out a phone number (such a stressful decision!), and hunted in the backroom to find the phone case I wanted.

Highly recommend this store. It was a great experience overall.

I came here on iPhone 15 launch day at 7 pm. Crystal helped me get some new phones after another store didn’t want to help me . She had patience, knowledge, and was the most pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend coming here ask for her!

We just needed to pick up a case and screen protector and was informed the wait would be 20-30 minutes. We didn’t have to wait that long, service from Steven was very friendly, and to our surprise he efficiently put on the case and screen for us. Great service!

This is the only location I go to. The service here is always impeccable. They greet you within seconds and are always great at communicating and taking your name right away. Even during peak times, the wait is never too long. I always leave satisfied with the experience. Today the woman that greeted us was lovely. Ty helped us add an account and upgrade an existing one. He was very patient, helpful, professional and fun.

Darnell (I think that is how you spell it) is incredible and kind to work with. Easy to talk to, included my son in conversation and seems to have a heart of gold. Thankful I stopped in on a whim for something easy. And even though it was easy and I didn’t give him a sale, it didn’t impact his customer service at all. If I could have hired 10 of him at the retail store I managed, life would have been much easier.

Incredibly helpful staff - Made something that was a complete headache for my mom and I completely manageable.

I had to switch phone lines from Verizon to my mothers plan with TMobile, and Andy Lopez not only took an extended amount of time to explain everything to my mom prior, but he got on the phone with me (who's across the country) and worked with me in getting all the information & resources from my previous carrier, step by step while working with both of us to understand.

Andy was incredibly attentive, patient, efficient and just made the process so seamless for my mother. It made the interaction that much more pleasant because he explained everything to both of us, so that the process wasn't so overwhelming in the future.

Thanks for the help Andy! My mom has nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the reason she's been with the company as long as she has!

I was in the store today and got help from Latanya Wynter. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. Can't thank you enough for all your help and A+ customer service!

Shout out to Erik on Sat aft., Aug 5 '23. Connection problems; I did software updates, then lost apps like calculator, weather, voicemail and all Yahoo email with my important folders on medical and legal info. I was exasperated and just about in tears. He listened, was patient and got my Yahoo account back within 15 mins. I am forever grateful!!! He deserves a raise: Are you seeing this, penn store manager?

Ty is awesome!!!! Had a confusion with the T-Mobile customer service call, and they just just kept looping me around. I was about to give up but decided to go to this store to see if anyone could help me. Ty sat down with us for 2 hours and helped me complete my transfer, update my account, even call customer service for me, and explain everything to me along every step. Ty is easygoing and can talk about anything. People like Ty are the reason I'm glad I stayed with T-Mobile.

We just switched from Verizon at this T-mobile location and we’re very satisfied with the customer service and T-mobile’s rates. Our mobile expert was Angel, and he assisted us for hours in choosing the best plan and promotions for our needs. Angel was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the whole process. He was even assisting his coworkers intermittently, and it was clear that he was the most knowledgeable employee in the store. Thanks Angel!

By far the best experience I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. Andy Lopaz was the gentleman who assisted me today and made this whole process of what I came in for a breeze. He ensured that we were both on the same page and broke down the whole process. Professional and great communication. Definitely coming back in the future for assistance.

Very helpfull and easy process unlike alot of other cell phone stores

I went to this location recently to switch over after the Sprint buyout. I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness the staff displayed. Angel helped us and we had the smoothest and fastest time I think I’ve ever had, switching to T-Mobile and transferring all my data to a new phone! Thank you to Angel and all the great staff at this location!

Multiple kudos and thanks to Angel, Libby, Ty, and Leah for their help in our switch from Sprint to T-Mobile billing, getting us into our two new phones and switching out our kids SIM cards yesterday. While it was a long and tedious process, they didn’t give up and made sure we were good to go and ensured we had answers to all of our questions.

What impressed me the most about all four of them was their ability to multi-task helping us and other customers, keeping a calm and positive attitude at all times, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality is top notch.

While some customers may have been frustrated spending 4.5 hours getting things squared away, we certainly were not because all four of them were courteous, welcoming, positive, and tenacious in making sure we received the best plan and service while present in the store. I cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend anyone to visit this store.

I called T mobile’s customer service probably 5 times and they couldn’t help me with my billing questions, so I went to the store and the manager fixed my issue in probably less than 10 minutes. I am very happy with their customer service and all the employees at that location are very nice and ready to help so thank you.

This location Penn and American Blvd is the only one to go to. Here the Associates are polite and know what they are talking about. I even heard them ask if a short wait for assistance would be acceptable. They are not pushy like other locations.

We went in to the Bloomington Store with a very complex (7 lines switching from another carrier and three kids in other states in college) situation. Erik was amazing!!! He worked past his time to leave for the evening with us. Wrote each child individual directions to take into their states' store to get their phones picked up. Activated and transferred the kids phones here in MN. I hope we are as pleased with the phones service as we are with the knowledge, patience, and kindness Erik showed!

Erik was fantastic, set me up with a Galaxy Z Flip4, really knew the ins and outs of the plans and current offers, and an all around great guy. Likewise big shout out to Darnell who fixed a SIM card
problem a few days into having the phone. Two thumbs up for the Penn Ave S location!!
