AT&T Store

The 2 young men, who helped us, Nico and Tony were absolutely awesome, in helping us straighten out our news IPhones. The phones were a mess. They spent 1 1/2 hours helping us and were so patient. Our phones are working! Thank you.

I came into the store with 2 others not myself and the sales representative Mikayla, was so amazing she was very explainitory, helpful, polite, patient her customer service skills is the best I've seen so far with my experience In any kind of sale places.

We loved working with Makayla! She was so happy and upbeat. We traded in old iPhone XR’s for the new iPhone 15 Pro. She made it seem so easy, but I’m sure my husband and I would never have been able to do it ourselves. And I love how she remembered us from our initial visit when we pre-ordered the phones. My husband was so impressed with Makayla that he called ahead to be sure she would be in the store when we got there.

Anthony at the Prairie Lake Dr store in Sun Prairie is a rock star. He helped me select a new phone and transferred all of my data, etc. He made sure before I left that everything was set up correctly on my phone and made sure I saw that the phone I was trading in was scrubbed of all data. Excellent experience!

I went to the AT&T store in Sun Prairie Wi on Saturday January 27th and the 28th and both of my visits was awesome

Overall a very good experience. Both Kaya and John were very helpful and friendly. They helped me out with my phone trade in and also helped me change my family unlimited plans to save a bit of money and better fit my family's needs. They let me know about several products and services that might benefit me without being pushy about it. I would gladly return for any of my cell phone needs!

Follow up was less than stellar, we had issues with a Wi-Fi Hotspot we purchased (defective) and billing issues (monthly service and payments being billed) for that device that was never activated and returned. Service area coverage is not at the same level as other providers in the area.

I had a number of issues with my account that the corporate store refused to address Nikolai and his team did a great job addressing our issues.

Came in because I was having terrible issues with my phone, Niko helped me and was honestly awesome and very patient. He has excellent customer service and that’s not easy to find these days.

Long time Verizon customer, an incredible associate named abigayle was able too turn me too the dark side with an awesome deal, really the only reason I'm with at&t now is because of her, but I gotta say the coverage is amazing!!!

I have had 3 emergencies with my phone in the past 4 months. Each time at AT&T Sun Prairie both of the gentlemen working met the need with a good attitude and got me on my way. Great looking store, great service and very personable.

I had an amazing experience in this store. My existing phone crashed and I needed a working phone the next day for my job. Coty and Kaya made sure I had a working phone when I stepped out of the store after 3 hrs. Mine was a complicated situation, I was giving up, but they didn’t m, and instead made it like their mission to fix my problem. In fact they said that they have to fix this so that I can do my job the next day. They stayed an hour and half past the time the store would generally close.

I went back there couple of days later, with some other questions, and they treated me the same way. Didn’t run away from me as I made their life hard the last time 🤣. They are amazing and by far the best customer service I got. Period.

Yesterday I stopped into the Sun Prairie store just to see options for tablets. The guy helping me was so helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed after hours to make sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. Great Guy and ill be going to that store from now on.

I had ordered a pre-paid phone through on-line chat to replace an existing phone on my account. I dealt with 4 different people via chat or phone. The last one, name of IKO, actually told me to hang up and call in again as she couldn't or wouldn't resolve my issue. I took the phone to the Sun Prairie location and within 5 minutes Kara had resolved the issue. She's bright, articulate and understands your issues!
