I enjoy this location. It has everything I visit for in stock and I like looking at all the new displays. Store is keep clean and it really adds to the shopping experience. Any employee I am by offers to assist me. They all seem happy to be at work and are working hard at getting deliveries put out or assisting other customers when I see them.

Sun Prairie Target appears like a beacon in the night, perched in a friendly pocket of Sun Prairie's Grand Ave retail complex, just down the road from Marcus Palace Cinema.
Highly visible and accessible, just minutes off Hwy 151 & less than 8 min from Madison's East Towne shopping center. It extends your reach to what's readily available, if you don't want to pay/wait for shipping & still like a real world shopping experience.
Being from Madison, I do go on excursions to the burbs: Middleton, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Monona, rather frequently in sum total. When you just can't get what you need in Madison, it's nice to have other Target options for that low on stock, hard to get item.
This time it was a fleece jogger outfit which is perfect for cycling on those cool morning/early evening rides when a chill is in the air. The pick up area was right after you enter main doors to your right, and in 30 seconds a nice sales associate came to get the vitals of what I'd ordered for pickup.
1 min later a gentleman arrived from the front end with my package with a printed label with my name, order number & item printed on it.
They're perfect fit, exact color, style, and size to be found nowhere else within 40 miles of Madison.
I'm totally pleased with Target and ALL their locations, and would be happy to go to the Sun Prairie store, if the need arises again.

Always love the fact that Target is open early and has Starbucks to grab while I get the things I need. Product variety is great, and we love it! I just wish we had one in Columbus, WI.

It was so easy. I needed a specific item for holiday baking. I went on Target’s website to see if they carried that item. They do, but my closest store was out. I looked at the next closest store, and put in my order. The next morning, I drove over, picked up my item, and was back in my car in less than 10 minutes. I would have found it frustrating and time consuming to drive around looking from store to store. This way, I shopped in my home, and picked it up the next morning.

I have been having a hard time getting the colors right in my bathroom. Target’s return policy has allowed me to get the best towels for the space.
The staff at the Service Desk are friendly and accommodating.

They have $500 child sized Ford Broncos. Be more American I dare you.

Placed an order (mostly food) the night before we were driving through the area on vacation. We gave adequate notice when we were approaching the store (about 15 minutes out); the order was brought out quickly when we arrived. Employee was friendly and helpful in loading. Nothing missing from the order, either.

Seriously, I called seven different Target locations and the level of professionalism displayed here, as well as a genuine desire to serve customers, is not comparable to any other location. 1000/10 experience!

Best pickup of any local retailer! Loved the way they tracked my ETA! I knew it was a team effort - I think I was parked at the load zone for less than two minutes...park, pop trunk, roll down window, say yes it's me...the gentleman loaded trunk with our order, closed the trunk and he said Merry Christmas! The bags they loaded with were heavy duty too. Wow, thanks!

Great variety of items to purchase. Friendly, helpful employees. Target is my go-to store for all my family’s needs.

SEAN in Electronics was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional when I was looking for a new cell phone. He is truly a valuable Guest Services Representative and proves what quality customer service should be. I appreciated his patience as I had many questions that he had answered honestly and with interest in helping me. He exemplifies what true customer service and interaction is all about.

Target curbside pickup is such an easy process! You order online. you choose to pick up order in store or curbside (and you can switch your pickup method when you get to the store if you change your mind). You use the target app to alert them that you are coming, which allows them to get your order ready to bring out to you, which saves some time as well. You park in a designated spot, alert them through the app that you are there (letting them know what spot you are in), then you wait for them to bring it out. A number appears on the app, which you show to the employee through your window when they bring out your order, and they put everything in your trunk. Easy, easy, easy!

I hope this service continues. It could potentially keep people who are sick with colds/flus/etc out of the stores, which would be healthier for everyone. There are also benefits to those who have a harder time getting into the store, people with young kids/babies, etc, etc.

it amazes me how all targets look the same. this one is nice and clean and the staff don't hate their lives. I'd highly recommend target to anyone that has never been to target before

This Target location is in a very convenient location, is usually quite clean, and there seems to be a healthy number of employees available on the sales floor. All in all, I've been pleasantly impressed with the store so far. As always, I hope that the younger employees are being invested in and given chances to shine wherever possible.

Even though I’m much much closer to the Madison East target, this is my preferred Target location especially during last minute holiday shopping as they always seem to have the most in stock. The store has a layout that is much easier to navigate through while maintaining a 6 feet distance.
