Staff was amazing!! Jacky worked with me to find out specifically what shoe I needed and brought out 3 pairs that fit excellently. It was a hard pick between them! It was the most fun I’ve ever had picking out shoes. I’m a weird size and it used to take me forever in a regular store (and most of the time they didn’t carry what size I needed!), but here it took less then 30 minutes and I am so excited to be wearing shoes that fit properly and are a color and style I love! Cannot recommend this place enough, I will definitely be a regular here!

I go to fleet feet often for running shoes or for nutrition, clothing, and accessories for running. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable to every level. I came in for a new pair of shoes and wanted to switch up from my tried and true shoe to a more sustainable shoe. We talked through different brand sustainability ratings and what the brands were doing (recycled materials, no dye, bio manufactured materials) before picking out a shoe that was similar to what I enjoyed running in before (Hoka) to a similar shoe but with more sustainability options and focus (On with recycled materials and minimal dye).

We just went for my daughter’s second pair of running shoes from fleet feet. It was a busy Saturday but we were helped by Jackie and she was just the best! She listened to what my daughter wanted and even was able to find the shoes at the other location and have them brought over two days later! She was very knowledgeable and kind! We will be back!

Came on a whim to get some new everyday walking and jogging shoes. I spent more than I anticipated but the customer service was excellent! The associate who helped me was informative and was able to help me find a great shoe and teach me about what to consider in my future purchases. I highly recommend stopping in.

Start to finish, we had an excellent experience. Very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. We were shown tons of options from all the major brands for track shoes and trainers. Measured, scanned, and fitted perfectly. No pressure, every question was answered. Definitely stopping here for our shoes from now on!!

Great customer service! They unfortunately did not carry the shoe I was looking for, but made efforts to try and locate a pair. I browsed the store while waiting and they have a great selection of endurance supplements and aids, in addition to various types of gear specifically impactful to running. Will definitely keep them on my list of resources for some specific items I was previously ordering online.

Great experience. I got there at a very busy time and watched 3 sales people work with 4 customers before me. They have such patience and knowledge and were great to watch. When my turn came they took the same time for me getting me the best fitting pair of shoes I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend to others and will return myself.

This is the best way to buy running shoes. After a 3-D foot scan to properly size your shoes and an electronic gait analysis, the sales associate brought out 4 different shoes for me to try. She was knowledgeable about each brand and the pros and cons of each shoe. I was really happy with the choices and found the shoes that fit me best.

Very helpful staff! I walked in and was helped immediately. Had a scan taken of my feet and the salesperson found a few styles that would work for me. I left in under 15 minutes with 2 new pairs of shoes.

I had a Great salesperson making my first time shopping for Hoka shoes real easy. I’m looking forward to feeling the effects from my Hoka shoes and their generous 60 day return policy made me reassured about the purchase.

McKenna was an absolute pro. I currently have a broken foot, and came in to look for a supportive CORRECT fitting shoe to hopefully not break a foot again. I have weird feet as it is, and a broken one on top of it? She had tricks and accommodations for everything and I confidently left with a new pair of brooks. She was extremely knowledgeable on everythinggg. Thank you Mckenna, and thanks Fleet feet.

The employees were friendly, customer service oriented, and willing to teach me/talk me through what kind of trainers would be best for me as a new/born again runner. Not to mention his patience with me when I had a hard time determining between a couple pairs. Walked away with Hoka Mach 5’s and plan to return for all my running related needs. Will also be joining the Monday night fun runs!

My sales person, Chris was knowledgeable, nice and good to work with. I really like Fleet Feets foot analysis and how they take their time to get you in a shoe that's good for you. I also like their replace policy if the shoe isn't working for you. They care about your feet. Great place to buy tennis shoes!
