McDonald's

We’ve gone through this drive through plenty of times and the service at this location is really bad. I only come here because my daughter likes McDonalds from time to time. Her order always gets messed up. They always forget something or add things we did not request. Everyone always has an attitude and don’t even say hello, bye, thank you, or nothing. This is the second time I’ve come and got my order taken by Joshua. Let me just say that when he takes the orders he is very polite, listens well, and his customer service is A+. Whenever he takes our order he does a great job and our order has been correct these past two times for once! I was waiting to pay and noticed that he even speaks Spanish. He said he only knows a little bit of Spanish when I asked him, but he actually knows a lot and is very understandable and you could tell that he was trying his best to help whoever was in the intercom. I think he does an amazing job and definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Joshua for your outstanding customer service!!! It is very much appreciated.

I love the employees and managers because they are very nice and friendly and get good service and they treat me right.

I stop at this McDonalds on my route while at work when I need a bite to eat. There is a side street next to it where there is enough space to turn around and park my semi-truck. Service and quality has only been superb at this McDonald's, the gentleman who I assume is the manager always hands my order with a smile and is a great guy. Food is always hot and fresh and order has always been correct. If you need a quick bite, this is a good place for it!

This McDonald's has been my go-to for all my year in Sun Prairie. They are a bit more consistent with food packaging correctly, and all custom items are always done correctly. I don't have to check my bag when I go here for quick food.

For a McDonald's,this one is not half bad. Only issue ordering inside was that they got some things wrong but had no issues fixing.

As far as McDonald’s go, this is one of the better locations. Open 24/7. Generally very quick, food is hot, staff are friendly, drive-thru moves efficiently, & my Door Dash orders come correct every time. They do limit their menu for late night & only accept cash right around midnight until about 1:00 AM while they reset the drawers. Definitely meets franchise standards.

No place in the fast food industry is ever perfect, and not every visit is a five star rating. But I believe good work deserves recognition. Carmela and her crew working last night were fantastic. Many times I stop by just to order a large fry and I don’t mind waiting a few minutes to get it hot and fresh. Overall this team does a great job!

This place does a decent job. They can get pretty busy but they do have self ordering kiosks. They also have a nice Playland that many people come to but I have never seen bad behavior in there. Bathroom's have always been clean and the staff are always very nice sometimes doing special things like a free come for your kiddo.

I love that this location is 24 hrs. I have used their drive-thru several times and everything has gone smoothly, no errors on any of my orders and they have always been very friendly.

This McDonald's is always good. We always order on their app, so we don't have to wait in the drive thru lane. We send our order, payed for on the app, and it is usually 5 minutes, or so, and we have piping hot Quarter Ponders and Cheese and cold Diet Coke. The person who brings it to the car is always friendly and polite.

The food was good. Service left to desired. It took 3 times to get my drink order 🙃 right.

Should you expect perfection when visiting the only restaurant open after 11 PM? Probably not....but you'd be wrong! Perhaps a little bit too long of a wait but the Quarter Pounder was fantastic and the fries were phenomenal. Kudos to the Friday night crew!

Amazing night shift. Carmela and the rest of the shift have made my experience here very welcoming and inviting. Not what you expect from spending a few dollars on a burger. I choose this McDonald's over any other restaurant in the area due to the amount of kindness and respect you get from the night shift. I don't know a single employee here outside of work. I am a student here and I'm from Texas. I highly suggest recognizing and commending the night shift for their job well done. If I owned this location I would be proud of thier dedication and commitment.

Micky Dees is always good. Well.......as long as they don't screw up the order that is. The drive thru was frickin packed, both lanes. But even with all that we were only in the drive thru for about 4 mins. Great customer service as well. Awesome people.

Ordered some drinks with an order of french fries took them like 10 or 15 minutes. Also could find my order slip they threw it away. Need better communication with each other...

This newly remodeled McDonald's on Windsor Street in Sun Prairie, is by far one of the best!! It's always clean, it's always well-staffed, the kids love the new indoor play area, groups of all ages meet and gather there with no problems, it's a meeting place for some of the older generation to have a cup of coffee, read the paper and chat with friends. An occasional order mix up at the drive-thru especially during peak hours, but hey we're all humans and humans make errors.

A bus with a bus filled with teenage kids came through and completely threw off their groove. Staff handled it very well! Other customers were frustrated and the staff was managing their concerns perfectly. Very pleased with the experience :) they did a fantastic job!

One of the better McDonald’s in the area! They never get your order wrong and the drive thru staff are almost always friendly and courteous! Food sometimes can take sometime depending on the time of day but you can’t beat the price and service for fast food!

The best morning daytime staff in Sun Prairie. They are always friendly and my food and coffee are always fresh! The manager is so nice, Greg does an amazing job at the counter, Sandy is so friendly. Just all around a great morning staff. Night shift isn't managed well at all thought. It's actually terrible unfortunately. So come visit weekday mornings!!! Thank you A Street Mc Donalds!
