Olive and Herb

I stopped in today to pick up some Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & Bourbon Maple Balsamic. I can't wait to try them. And BTW: Dion (sp?) is fantastic. 👍🏻👍🏻

I visited this store today for the first time, and Lori walked us through the process. I hadn't thought I'd ever try olive oil or balsamic vinegar by themselves (vs over a salad or something), but it was a great new experience! I can't wait to use my ingredients soon.

I recently ordered Christmas Gifts from Olive and Herb...Aged Balsamic Vinegar (YUM) and Cherry Balsamic Sauce.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They share delicious ideas and recipes that work wonderfully for cooks at all skill levels .
Their oils are extraordinary , and raise the flavor of any dish. But the real star is their 25 Year Aged Balsamic. It is truly a treasure, and we use it almost daily! It's not just for salads, but fantastic on meats, roasted vegetables, salsas and sauces.

This shop is like Disneyland for foodies. The owner is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The variety, quality, and character of the oils and balsamics are out of this world. I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to visit.

Lori, the owner, and all her associates are very friendly and helpful each time I have shopped there. The store is clean and well kept. It is fun to try all the different oils and vinegars. Sometimes they have classes and events, which we have not taken advantage of yet but we look fwd to attending in the future. Great product, excellent customer service. Went to the Oilerie for the first time today, I wish we would've gone sooner. The garlic oil we purchased was so amazing, and the employee was so patient while we decided what to get. Will definitely be back for more olive oil and some of that yummy balsamic.

Wow! I just had the best salad of my LIFE today because of the basil olive oil, and 25 yr balsamic I got from The Oilerie. I cannot get over how amazing they both are. I also got a bottle of garlic oil for cooking, which is equally as delicious. Everything from taste, texture, to the pour spouts in the bottles are impressive. No more are the days of buying cheap, super liquid balsamic vinegar from the grocery store! Treat yourself and get some tasty oils/vinegars!

Lori is a delight and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I picked up some 25 year balsamic vinegar, garlic olive oil and cherry balsamic sauce. Everything is fantastic and I'll be back to try other selections!

Lori was very helpful! I've been doing alot of research about Olive Oil and wanted a high quality oil, she helped us understand different flavors of both oil and vinegars. Excellent service and product.

Customer service was great. The representative walked me through the different oils and varieties.

As featured on Shark Tank. They have a large selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Italy and balsamic vinegars, that you can sample before you buy!
We were surprised to see the large selection of other items such as spices, pastas, olives, lip balms, shower gels, massage oils and more.
When doing your purchase they'll educate you on how to store your oils.
The prices were a medium to high for me but that's expected for the quality you get.
We would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed my time searching for a great olive oil. I was able to sample all varieties I was interested in and was given great pairings recommendations from the owner. Glad they are in Sun Prairie. Next time I'll be stocking up on 25yr balsamic
